Just steps from the beach sits “Riviera Sunrise,” a stunning retreat that will enhance your vacation memories. The house is located on the quiet West end of PC Beach in a high-rise free, residential neighborhood. The sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico are a short 3-minute walk, and the pool overlooks a coastal lake found right outside your back door. Close to water, eco-tourism, sports and fun, Riviera Sunrise has all your vacation needs covered; or bring your job to the beach and stay full-time!
Built in 2020, this spacious house can accommodate up to 14 lucky guests.
As soon as you arrive at "Riviera Sunrise” and see the ocean and lake views from outside your East windows, you'll know that you've come to a serene vacation paradise. This beautiful house has three well-appointed levels, each floor with its own living area, kitchen or kitchenette, and covered balcony. Upon arrival, your initial impressions may be of the trendy wide-plank flooring, the stylish shiplap wall décor, or better yet, the overall beachy-chic elegance that is the essence of Riviera Sunrise.
The first floor includes a bedroom (king bed) designed for guests that prefer to stay on ground level, minimizing stairways. You will also find a living area that includes a web-based Smart TV, kitchenette (microwave, sink, full fridge) and a pull-out sofa (queen bed). The ground floor living area connects to a covered outdoor patio with plenty of chairs, and shade. The community pool is a few steps outside the living area door, as well as the natural gas Weber grill for your private use.
On the second floor, you'll find the primary bedroom, a full kitchen, living and dining areas. The dining area can seat up to 12 guests (8 at the table plus 4 at the counter on vintage bar stools); another 5 adults fit comfortably on the living room couch. Some may choose to gather outside at the high-top picnic table on the second-floor balcony (seats 10) where views are maximized; others may prefer to sink down into the sturdy deck chairs. The cook can be creative in this kitchen while using a wide variety of quality cookware and bakeware that we provide. The kitchen and living area span the entire East side of the house, and the view of the water is fabulous.
The primary bedroom on the second floor is spacious. Spanning the entire West side of the second floor, it comes complete with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom including a glass-enclosed shower, soaker tub and double vanities.
The sixteen stairs that separate each floor offer a good workout!
Up on the third (top) floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and beautiful views of the ocean and coastal lake. Facing East, the living area is bright and inviting with a cozy sectional couch and large Smart TV. Facing West, the bunkroom contains 2 sets of bunkbeds (4 twin beds total) and a huge Smart TV, perfect for video game gatherings if you decide to bring your gaming console. Adjacent to the bunks is another West-facing bedroom (queen bed) and Smart TV. Both of these bedrooms have direct access to a balcony where you can sit and enjoy some color from the memorable Florida sunsets. The third floor junior-primary bedroom is located right off the living area and includes a king bed and Smart TV. A small window in the en-suite provides plenty of natural light. Wake up to the Florida sunshine flooding your room; adjust the blinds to admire the sunrise over the water; prep your coffee in the kitchenette and step out onto the balcony, swivel in your Captain's chair.... Relax and imagine a great day filled with seashells and sandcastles.... then go live it!

• Private beach access is provided; it's an easy shortcut to the beach. Deck flooring on the walkway makes it easy for you to roll the beach buggy that we provide. Only a few steps down off the walkway, onto the dunes, then enjoy the wide-open beach!
• Bike path along Front Beach Road for cycling and walking enthusiasts.
• Natural gas Weber grill for your private use (you won't run out of fuel while cooking)
• Dinnerware, flatware, wine glasses, coffee mugs and glasses. Microwave, blender (smoothies!) and Keurig coffee maker on every floor. French press carafe on 2nd, can also double as a teapot. Electric kettle (1.7L) available.
• Board game bin contains classics such as Scrabble, Jenga, and Monopoly.
- Soft linens, velvety blankets, thick comforters (for snowbirds) and a variety of different sized pillows all selected with your comfort in mind.
• Luggage racks in each bedroom, walk-in closets with hangers, and most rooms include a dresser/chest of drawers to help you settle-in.
• Hairdryer and ironing board on each floor (iron on 2nd floor).
• Ring security system includes two outside cameras in the front and one in the back.
Parking
• Our garage can accommodate 1 vehicle (Chrysler Pacifica fit!), plus the driveway can accommodate another 2 vehicles (full-sized SUV).
• Parking is available in the garage and driveway of the house.
Things to know
• House is located in a quiet neighborhood on the west side of Panama City Beach. It's one of eleven houses in the same association that share the pool and common areas. It's very family friendly.
• Travel protection is not included in our rates, but can be obtained independently by your travel agent.
• When you decide to book, we'll send a rental agreement for your signature.
• Publix (they deliver!) and Wynn-Dixie grocery stores are a short 5-minute drive West of the house. The Farmer's Market in Rosemary Beach is 5 miles West on 30A (Sundays, 9am-1).
• Only 17 miles from local airport (Northwest Beaches of Florida, ECP) and 49 miles from Destin airport (VPS).
• Close to sports at Frank Brown Park (4.7 miles); fun at Pier Park (6-minute drive), and eco-tourism at both Camp Helen State Park (4-minute drive) and Conservation Park (8-minute drive).

• Must sign a rental agreement provided by the host within 48 hours of booking
• Agree to quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 07:00 am.
• No smoking, no parties.
• We love our pups, but this is a pet-free home.
