Albacore Adventure in Panama City Beach has just been upgraded throughout and added to the rental market nicer than ever. This personal beach home has everything you need for making vacation memories. This modern beach home features an open floor plan with 10 foot ceilings and beautiful moldings throughout. New luxurious leather furniture has been added to the living area with two new leather recliners and a new American made quality sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. The dining area offers seating for six and the breakfast bar has seating for four. Located just off the spacious kitchen with granite counter tops is the half bath and the laundry room that comes equipped with a stacked washer and dryer. The guest bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed and an adjoining full bathroom, flat screen television and access to the pool.
The fenced courtyard features a 5 foot deep private in-ground salt water pool with plenty of lounging furniture. The beautifully decorated master suite found on the second floor offers a king size bed, flat screen television and a private balcony overlooking Albacore St. The master bath has double vanities with granite counter tops, a separate tiled shower with body sprays and a whirlpool tub for relaxing after a long day at Panama City Beach. Also on the second floor is another queen bedroom and a new flat screen television. An added bathroom is found on 2nd floor and features a shower with body sprays. The second floor also has the bunk room that has queen bunk beds and a set of twin bunks. The bunk room features a flat screen television, a wet bar, mini fridge, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. A spiral staircase takes you to the sleeping loft on the third floor where a queen size murphy bed awaits you with new flat screen television, wet bar, mini fridge, and a small private balcony.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! REMEMBER, THERE ARE NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS ON THE BEACH!! WHEN YOU NEED TO BRING THE KIDS BACK FOR A BATHROOM TRIP, OR YOU NEED SUNSCREEN OR A FRESH ROUND OF SNACKS AND DRINKS, YOU WILL APPRECIATE OUR CLOSE PROXIMITY TO PANAMA CITY BEACH. NOT HAVING TO CROSS ANY MAJOR ROAD MAKES SUCH A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR BEACH STAY! AS AN EXTRA MEASURE OF SAFETY WE INCLUDED A RING DOORBELL TO MONITOR THE OUTSIDE FRONT DOOR AND PARKING AREA.
