It was a nice place, a bit dated with some minor cosmetic issues. AC worked great!! Had an issue with connecting to the WiFi but they had someone come out and between him and my daughter they got it fixed. Some issues with lights and WiFi not being labeled correctly but cute place. Easy quick walk to the beach which was very nice. Would stay here again. The owner called to check and make sure we were good and if we needed anything which was a nice touch. Plenty of room for a family of 5 with grown kids.

Absolutely loved this house and location!

We had a blast, beautiful home & location. We were able to cook and felt right at home. Loved the neighborhood. Beach was so close and able to enjoy it. Highly recommended!

Great neighborhood for beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Escape from the Storm! The neighborhood was a great distance from the beach, so we didn't even drive our car...just walked with our gear. The home was cute and had everything we needed!

Very nice!

Perfect place to go for a getaway. The cabin was clean. It was well stocked. Check in was a breeze. Location was central to everything around. I would definitely rent again.

Very great experience loved the location and the ease it took to get to the beach

Had a great time, we went down for a wedding so close enough it was a quick beach drive to the venue. The house was clean, we needed more towels only had 3 total but had the washer and dryer so did laundry while we were there, another down fall was the coach was ripped and if you sat on that area it would get debris all over your clothes.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. We contacted the property manager because the cabin would not cool below 70F. Someone came out and attempted to fix it, but it never improved. During the heat of the day, the cabin remained uncomfortable, and at night it was too warm for us to sleep. As a result, we drove an hour and a half back home every evening and returned each day, so we were only able to use the cabin during the daytime.We also requested either that the issue be resolved or that we receive a partial refund due to the lack of a comfortable place to sleep, but that did not happen.The cleanliness of the cabin was also disappointing. Several of the mirrors were so dirty that you could barely see your reflection. The kitchen was minimally stocked, with very few dishes available, and despite the listing, there was no Keurig coffee maker.Unfortunately, these issues significantly impacted our stay. We expected a clean, comfortable cabin with basic amenities, and this property did not meet those expectations.

Nice Location

Great location. If you plan to stay longer you will need to bring along your own amenities. We stayed 5 nights and were left only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 4 towels, no coffee filters. There was only one pan with no handle…..Could have been a little cleaner, just felt like things could have been wiped down, there was bird poop all over the deck railing. Other than that, it was a nice location. Relatively clean. Easy check-in and host was very receptive.

The windows were very dirty and couldnt see the view clearly. Noticed the other property windows around us were gleaming. The balcony table had bbq sauce or something very hard stuck on it.

We had a wonderful stay! The property owner even called to check in with us to make sure everything was ok! I loved the personal touch. The only thing I would suggest is maybe have some extra pillows available. Thank you for a relaxing weekend.

Girls weekend!!

Quick weekend getaway with the girls. Home was well kept and convenient to the beach. A/C cooled great, extra fans available, clean and comfy. Owner checked in with us by phone on the night of our arrival. We had a great stay and will look at them for future visits to the beach!! (Note for owner: I emailed Vacasa regarding this, but want to make sure you see it. The railing on the front porch/balcony was lose and needs to be secured)
