**House Rules**

**1. Shoes Off, Slippers On**
Please remove street shoes inside the home to keep it cozy and clean. Floors can be chilly - bring your favorite slippers or house shoes!

**2. Off-Limits Areas**
Some spaces (like locked doors and the back garage) are under construction and not for guest use. Thanks for respecting our privacy.

**3. Quiet Enjoyment**
We love our peaceful neighborhood! Please keep noise low, especially after 10pm.

**4. Guest Limits**
The cabin has 2 bedrooms with king beds (plus a twin trundle upstairs). Max capacity: 6 guests. No unregistered overnight visitors, please.

**5. Parking**
Parking is available on the property only (2 vehicles max). No street parking.

**6. Hot Tub, Fireplace & Outdoors**

* Supervise children at all times.
* Never leave flames or the hot tub unattended.
* Close hot tub covers when not in use.
* Backyard sledding is at your own risk – have fun & be safe!

**7. Trash & Recycling**
Big Bear = bear country. Please put all trash & recycling into the outside bins. Do not leave trash anywhere else on the property.
