● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Parking: There is room for 6 cars in the driveway.

Step inside and feel the inviting lodge-style atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. The main living area is open and dramatic, with soaring two-story ceilings and a long interior balcony above that looks down over the space. Every wall is lined with windows, offering uninterrupted views of the sparkling bay and flooding the home with natural light.

The heart of the home is a chef’s kitchen that’s fully equipped and thoughtfully designed. Multiple ovens, oversized fridge and freezer units, and a pair of mini beverage fridges make meal prep a pleasure. A wide bar-height counter lined with stools creates the perfect place to chat, sip a drink, or serve breakfast before a day on the water. The kitchen flows right into the living room, where plush seating and those panoramic water views set the tone for a peaceful stay.

Just off the living area, you’ll find the spacious primary suite. This serene main-floor retreat features a king-sized bed and a bright, spa-like ensuite bathroom complete with a separate soaker tub and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs are three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with two matching queen beds and a cozy toddler bed tucked into a charming window alcove. One of these rooms has its own private ensuite, while the other two share a jack-and-jill style bathroom, making the setup ideal for extended families or groups traveling together. When you`re ready for some fresh air, head outside to enjoy the expansive wrap-around deck or head down to the private fishing pier to cast a line into the bay.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
