Designed to host up to 10 guests with ease, the home offers three luxurious king suites and two sets of twin bunk beds, making it a wonderful choice for families, groups of friends, or multi-family getaways. Thoughtfully dog-friendly, Oasis welcomes your furry family members too, with a $150 fee per dog. The fully fenced backyard provides a secure space where dogs can stretch their legs while you relax in the coastal breeze.

​​​​​​​Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! The choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Gatherings and special events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc., are not permitted. Student groups for Spring Break and Graduations are not allowed, even with parental guidance.

The dining room seats eight comfortably, with an additional breakfast nook for four, while the open living area makes it easy to relax together after a day exploring the island.

For fun at home, the ground-floor game room is a favorite spot for all ages, featuring ping pong, foosball, a mini-fridge, and a big-screen TV.
