Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay at Inlet Villa. We appreciate your kind words about the house and how you enjoyed its location. We apologize for the initial WiFi problems. There were broader connectivity issues in the East Beach area during your stay, which we worked diligently to resolve within 24-48 hours. We understand how important a stable internet connection is, especially for work, and regret any inconvenience this caused. It’s important to note that such WiFi issues are not typical for this property. Each television at Inlet Villa is equipped with a Roku remote, and our team was on hand multiple times to assist and ensure you were comfortable operating them. Additionally, we provided a video guide for the shower, which has been helpful to many past guests. We’re delighted you enjoyed the spa and pool amenities. Please note, however, that spa heating needs to be requested in advance, as stated in the property description. Our maintenance team promptly addressed the fire ants as well, which were confined to an isolated area away from the pool. We regret any confusion regarding pet fees and want to assure you we strive to be accommodating. We offered to adjust charges accordingly. Regarding the coffee maker, there is a standard drip coffee pot in the kitchen. When your group requested a Keurig, we happily provided a new one personally upon your arrival that same evening. Once again, we apologize that your stay did not fully meet your expectations.
