Willkommen im British West Indies und unserer Erdgeschosswohnung in Harbour Heights auf SMB. Unsere Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ist kunstvoll im Inselthema eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für einen perfekten Urlaub im Inselstil ausgestattet. Der Terrassenweg führt zum Strand, zum Pool und zu den Gärten. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt ein Esszimmer im Innenbereich oder Sie nutzen den Essbereich auf der Außenterrasse. Der Wohnbereich bietet Kabel-TV und eine Unterhaltungseinheit mit einem bequemen Sofa und einem Liebessitz. Das BWI-Thema setzt sich in den Schlafbereichen mit wunderschönen Holzschlafzimmern fort. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Vollbad mit einem neuen Kingsize-Bett und einem Fernseher. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und ein zusätzliches Zustellbett ist auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Harbour Heights befindet sich auf halbem Weg mit kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen. Das Seafire Resort and Spa, die Strandbars und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Inselattraktionen, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Georgetown sind bequem mit dem Auto oder Bus zu erreichen.

Great location on 7 mile beach

This condo is well located between the Westin and the Kimpton resorts. The beach is lovely and you can walk for miles in either direction. The pool was warm and clean. The condo itself was as presented in the listing and had what we needed for the week. Thank you - we had a lovely stay.

Paradise!

We had a perfect week in late July. Great location, perfect for relaxing but enough to do to keep a teenager happy. We were blown away by the beauty and how easily accessible it was. Very highly recommended.

Beautiful

We had a great time staying in this condo. The grounds are so pretty and a fast walk to the beach from the condo was really nice. I loved the section of the beach it was on. It was quiet and beautiful and a short walk to the new Kimpton Resort. It’s in a very good location. Condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We will go back and stay there again for sure.

WONDERFUL!

My family and I had a great vacation at this condo. It is very well appointed, right on 7 mile beach. It overlooks the pool which overlooks the beautiful beach. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, many within walking distance. The office staff could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend this listing.

Idyllic Location on Seven Mile Beach! Highly recommended!!

We had a great visit to Grand Cayman and stayed in Condo No. 5 at Harbour Heights. No. 5 was our perfect retreat when we were not on the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our stay. We really enjoyed the full kitchen and the outdoor dining area. This was a ground floor unit and the location was most convenient to the beach. The beach was just perfect and peaceful. We took the owners suggestion and went up to Turtle Reef for a shore dive and that was awesome. The Stingray City trip was a blast. It was a perfect week and we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful beach and pool, excellent location

One week stay in April, 2023, 2 grandparents, 2 parents and one 6 month old baby. We loved the condo! The beach and pool were literally a minute walk away, and both were beautiful. We enjoyed them both, neither were ever crowded. We made most of our meals in the fully equiped kitchen in the condo. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning was good, and the rooms were spacious. I would highly recommend. The property manager was extremely helpful and professional, making check in and out easy. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Harbour Heights - Unit 5 - Awesome!!

This was our second time staying in this unit at Harbour Heights on Grand Cayman. The unit is very clean and comfortable. It's just a few steps away from the lovely heated pool and the beautiful beach. We enjoy being on ground level with a nice patio sitting area. It's only a short walk from Governor's Beach for excellent snorkeling. We bought groceries and it's about 5 minute bus ride to the grocery store. Beach is always quiet and private security contains any spill over from the public beach next door. Very safe and family friendly.

Construction on neighboring building starts 7:30 am. Patio door damaged and didn’t lock. Cabinet in master bedroom was broken. Nice to be on ground floor with a child, and with such close access to the beach. Ground crew maintaining grounds were there for 2 days of the 7 day vacation and made so much noise with the gas leaf blower it was both unavoidable and unbearable had to leave the property on that day.

Great condo!

We all enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The owner Chris was very responsive and helpful with suggestions about restaurants and things to do. The beach there was beautiful. It was very calm so our kids could swim with no problem. The property was clean and check in was a breeze. It could use some updating but it was still perfectly fine for our stay. I would definitely stay again.

A dream vacation that exceeded all expectations

From scheduling arrival to exchanging hugs with Maria and Rhonda upon our departure, every moment of our stay at Harbour Heights was exceptional. The unit was well-stocked and clean, the onsite market a bonus, and the beach was spectacular. The location allows for walking to grocery stores. Short walks to restaurants include Duke's, Calico Jack's , Coccoloba. Beautiful snorkeling right off the beach. If you want a safe, quiet, clean, uncrowded, friendly, relaxing place to vacation, book here. We tend not to repeat vacations but have already decided we WILL be back!

Oasis of peace and tranquility.

Wonderful, simple, condo right on the beach. Family friendly and quiet. Always easy to find a private spot in the shade, right on Deven Mile Beach. Housekeeping service is very nice.

What's not to love....beautiful, quiet beach away from the crowds; easy access to great restaurants, bars and shopping (short walks); friendly staff (property manager, cleaning crew, security guards). This is our second stay at Harbour Heights; our first at unit #5. Yes, the property is old with outdated furnishings and fixtures, but we don't care. The location and 'feel' of Harbour Heights is perfect for our R&R. We'll be back!

Excellent Location on SMB

We enjoyed the ground floor, being able to walk out the patio. The Ocean is about 100ft away. There are great trees on the beach to sit under and have a drink and look over the crystal clear water. We visited many of the restaurants on the north end of the island and a couple near town. We drove to most of them. Nothing is more than 6 minutes away. House had everything you needed, the knives were sharp and there were plenty of utensils. Lacking in many rentals. We only had to run the dishwasher once during our 8 days.

Fun and convenient

My husband and 3 teenage boys loved the convenience and location of this place. Boys had room to kick soccer ball around and then jump right into the pool or ocean. The ocean was as good as any spot on the island. Restaurants and shopping were walking distance or a short drive. There were plenty of activities on the island to keep us busy. We didn't even get to do all we wanted. Office staff was so helpful and friendly. Oh, and the maid service was the best! We would go back in a heartbeat. Only downside is it could use a little updating.

this is our second visit to 7 mile beach, and first time at harbour heights. we found our accommodations to be comfortable, convenient, and geographically ideal. the management is very helpful and the grounds immaculate and well groomed. having a coffee on the ground floor patio every morning was a delight and the beach and pool were beautiful. our young children thoroughly enjoyed their time and want to go back next year. the weather was perfect, restaurants on the island top notch and the area very safe. highly recommend booking a vacation and staying at no 5.

Awesome Stay at No. 5*****

5* stars for Condo No. 5! Happy to be back to this great spot on 7 Mile Beach. It was 'home away from home' for our visit. The condo was very well decorated and so comfortable for our family. It had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the beach and the pool which are right there! Great wall dives with Cayman Marine Labs. The Turtle Farm was a fun day trip with the family. Would also recommend Stingray City boat trip to swim with the rays. We have stayed at this condo in the past and enjoy the quaint and secure feeling at Harbour Heights. The guests and the owners we met on the beach were very friendly, and the ladies in the office and the staff were very helpful. We love it and we will be back!!!

The Perfect Spot

I love this condo! This was a perfect spot for a girls weekend away. Amazing location — the condo is right on Seven Mile Beach. Gorgeous. The pool was a great option also. I love this condo. It was comfortable, clean, and has nice decor. Fantastic location. The beach had great snorkeling. I screamed with glee under water when i saw some gorgeous fish swim by. Had fun sitting on the lounge chairs after a long day, sipping some wine, watching the sunset. My sister went scuba diving — and the scuba boat picked her right up at the beach in front of the condo! So convenient. I am definitely going back.

It all started with a warm tropical getaway to Harbour Heights in 1994 and a diving adventure. The diving was awesome, and so was the snorkeling, the fishing, the local dining, the Caymanian people and the beach at Harbour Heights!

We fell in love with this quaint place, a 'best kept secret on Seven Mile Beach.' We love it just as much today as we did on our first trip. The property and the condo are comfortable for families.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Harbour Heights has a beautiful private sandy beach without the crowds. The sand is white and soft (no rocks, no sea grass) and the water is a perfect blue. There is plenty of shade on the beach under the palm thatched palapas or find a chaise in the sun or near the pool.

We enjoy the screened pool/game room for gathering with family and friends and the kids love the ping pong table.

The property is quiet and lovely, yet all the beach activities, rental equipment, beach bars/restaurants are only a short walk away.

Location, location! We are on a perfect stretch of SMB, away from the crowds.

The Harbour Heights property is older and quaint. There is an established and well run rental and management office that is attentive to all guest requests. Our ground floor unit has no stairs. Condo No. 5 is not more than 50 steps to the beach, pool, garden and parking.

Being on the 'Lee' side of the island, prevailing easterly breezes generally keep the water flat as a lake. The water is as clear as spring water. You won't believe you are in the ocean!

Grand Cayman is accessible from many airports, but we enjoy direct flights from the NY metro area to GC in 3 1/2 hours. On arrival, we are on the beach in minutes!

Snorkeling right in front of our beach is always an adventure with daily visits by Turtles, Lobsters, Rays and all manor of colorful tropical fish.

Dive boats can pick you up right from our beach. Many of the islands best dive sites are located within 8 minutes (Big Tunnels, Round Top, Aquarium, and wreck of the Kittiwake). A two tank morning dive is a great way to start the day! Harbour Heights has a dunk tub and clothes lines for diver use.

The fishing is incredible. Inshore; Tarpon and Bonefish. Offshore; Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, and Blue Marlin. No need to travel hours to get to where the fish are only 1/4 mile offshore and you are in 1000 feet of water trolling for your dinner. You can bring the catch to a local restaurant to cook and serve it or bring it back to Harbour Heights for a feast.
