ADOBE RANCH is our one story, 4 BR, 3 BA, newly remodeled, E. Mesa home on a large lot with a heated pool for year round splashes and a gas fire pit to warm your toes and heart. The pool's optional heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. Three bikes are available for guests' pedaling pleasure.
The lovely and private backyard space has a covered patio with dining furniture, a fridge, an outdoor TV and a propane heater. There are chaises for relaxing poolside plus a gathering area around the gas fire pit. The pool features new decking and is resurfaced. A large grassy area is set up for exciting corn hole and horseshoe contests.
Help yourself to the seasonal fruit on the fig and citrus trees of lemon, lime, grapefruit and orange. With our 300+ sunny days each year you can enjoy this wonderful retreat while your friends are shoveling snow. Fortunately, you don't have to shovel sunshine!
The neighborhood is conveniently located for guests who like to golf, hike, bike, kayak, sightsee, shop or dine out. Usery Mountain Regional Park, the Salt River, Chicago Cubs spring training facility at Sloan Park and Mesa Market Place Swap Meet are a short commute from the community. Hop on the modern highway to visit Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Phoenix or the mountains near the Mogollon Rim.

Our home features an open floor plan with upgrades to the attractive southwestern decor. The great room has a smart TV with comfortable seating for many. The spacious and well stocked kitchen with new appliances has island seating and opens into a dining area with table seating for 6. The chef will love the counter space for prepping and serving delectable feasts. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. Between the kitchen and dining area are doors that access the pool and covered patio. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
~ ASLEEP in PARADISE ~
The bedroom floor plan is split and ALL bedrooms have new laminate floors and TVs. The primary suite includes a king bed, 65 inch TV, walk-in closet, desk for your remote work and a door to access the backyard and pool. The newly remodeled en suite primary bath features a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks.
Bedroom 2 has full size bunk beds with top safety rails and a TV. This bedroom shares newly updated Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combo. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and Bedroom 4 has two queen beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have an updated Jack & Jill style bath with private vanities and a shared walk-in shower and commode. There is ample storage space for your personal items in each bedroom. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.
The dedicated and completely stocked laundry room will help you manage your laundry tasks. There is 1 garage space and driveway parking for 3 or more vehicles.

The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 12 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of twelve (12).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does not record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home for any amount of time. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances.
