Our guests are practically royalty around here, with full access to the Bella Vida Resort's fantastic facilities. You've got a massive community pool and a sundeck where you can catch some rays. Families, listen up: we've got your back. Your little ones can let loose at the playground and splash around in the shallow-entry area of the pool. Meanwhile, your bigger kids (yes, that includes you, grown-ups) can shoot some hoops or spike some volleyballs at our courts. And if you're feeling like a fitness guru, there's a gym waiting for you. Table tennis and foosball? Yeah, we've got that too – it's all at the clubhouse!



As you pull up to your 6-bedroom house, you'll find plenty of free onsite parking on the driveway, because the garage has been converted into a games room for your entertainment! Your crew will have loads of fun playing billiards or hot shot hoops whether they're recovering from a sunburn, or just need a break from the theme parks!



Now step inside and be wowed from the spacious open concept living design. The lounge area has plush comfy seating and a large flat screen smart TV. You'll notice a large capacity dining table, with room for 8 guests, and another 3 more dining places at the kitchen island bar. The kitchen has granite countertops, plenty of cupboard space, and high end appliances. You'll have everything you need to whip up and serve some fantastic home-made meals, or just pop open those take-out containers!



Through the sliding glass doors you'll find your fantastic screened-in back patio. Featuring a private swimming pool and sun loungers to soak up the Florida sunshine. Plus you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your outdoor grill. Enjoy a veggie skewer or burger poolside from your outdoor dining area.



There's space for your whole crew since 12 guests can be hosted at a time in the 6-bedrooms, and the home is pet-friendly. There are two King sized suites on the ground level of the home; one with a sparkling en suite; and two Queen sized suites upstairs. The upstairs level also has two childrens rooms, each with two twin beds. Plus, there's even a second TV lounge area upstairs, so everyone can catch up on their favourite shows.

Guest Access:

Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, trailers, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).



You can park in the driveway up to 3 vehicles. There's additional parking at the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles. Please do not park in the street, your car will be towed.



You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge.



The Neighborhood:

The house is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.



Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $139 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Pool heating is available upon request and is not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.



Notice: Bellavida – Community Updates. Recreational vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVs, and side‑by‑sides are strictly prohibited, and any damage to common areas will be the full financial responsibility of the owner or guest, so please inform all visitors. The gym will be closed for renovations on March 18 and 19, and will reopen at 9:00 AM on March 20.



Update from the Bellavida Community:

The parking lot near La Fuentes is strictly closed due to ongoing stormwater repairs near the lake and Stella. Vehicles found in the restricted area will be towed and relocated to the adjacent lot. Guests are reminded not to move cones marking hazardous work zones and to always check signage before parking to avoid relocation.
