Welcome to the Wisco Oasis! Relax and unwind in this spacious (2,000 sq.feet) ground floor 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat! This beautiful spacious condo sleeps 12 and is perfect for families or groups. Bedroom 1 is a king suite with a full bath(shower), bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds, and bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds, sofa bed and full bath. With a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, two fireplaces, jacuzzi sunroom and 2 ground floor patios, it’s the perfect getaway for comfort and convenience. Condo rental includes free access to an outdoor pool, small children’s lazy river, wave pool and bar/restaurant with an amazing view overlooking the river, a pavilion with grills to use, and a sand volleyball court. (Waterpark access is not included.) Walk out your 2 patios to stunning views of the forest and river through the trees, this is a great perk if traveling with young children or fur babies. At the Wisco Oasis you are 3 miles north of the Dells, so you can experience all that the Dells has to offer while still enjoying the peaceful beauty of the river and countryside. Located at Chula Vista Resort, this condo is privately owned and operated. (We have a 2nd ground floor unit available that can also be booked for up to 10 additional guests.)



The Space:

IMPORTANT: This condo is privately owned and not affiliated with Chula Vista Resort. Indoor waterpark passes are not included, and day passes are not available. If waterpark access is a priority, we recommend booking directly through the resort. We’re happy to recommend nearby waterparks and local attractions.

However, you can enjoy free access (open seasonally) to an outdoor pool, small children’s lazy river, wave pool and bar/restaurant with an amazing view overlooking the river, pavilion with grills.

This 3-bedroom condo comes fully equipped with cooking utensils including pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, salt/pepper/cooking spray and even coffee for the coffee maker. We also provide trash bags, paper towels, dish soap (for dishwasher and liquid soap) and some additional kitchen items like oven mitts and dish rags.



Bring your furry friends along to make this a complete family vacation. We are pet friendly! For an additional fee dogs are allowed! No more than two dogs with a weight limit of 50 lbs per dog. No pets on the furniture please, and dogs must be kenneled when alone in the condo.

There are several activities that can be done at the resort for an additional fee and should be booked directly with the resort. Those include a 1.5 mile river walk, water parks (passes are not included), the ColdWater Canyon 18 hole Golf Course, zip lining, top rated Navi Spa, arcade, miniature golf, and Starbucks. There are also on-site restaurants and bars, including Kaminski’s award-winning chophouse. The indoor waterpark (passes not included) can be accessed with an indoor walkway from the condo building! A great perk in the middle of winter. Also in winter at the resort you can enjoy cross country skiing trails, and sled riding adventures right at the resort. For snowboarding and skiing the very popular Cascade Mountain is just 24 miles from the resort.

Guest Access:

Guest access

Self Check-In. (no waiting in the lobby) Private entrance. Come and go with ease using our secure keypad. No need to stop at the desk, you’re able to go right to the condo.

You have access to the resort. The arcade, spa, bars, restaurants, golf course, mini golf, everything (Separate charges apply). Just know that waterpark access is not included. Water park passes must be booked online or purchased at the resort (they sell full-day and evening passes) and are separate from your booking.



Other Things to Note:

Once again, we do NOT provide any waterpark passes since we are NOT with the Resort. Guests have access to 3 condo pools. The prices you see reflect this. Many guests love to explore the entire WI Dells area and take this into consideration when choosing where to stay. We hope to earn your business now and for the future!

There are no resort fees charged with this reservation!

We require all guests to be at least 21 years of age when they book.

No more than 12 guests please. All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Northwoods Portal powered by Charge Automation prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

No smoking allowed in the unit or in the buildings. In the event that smoking evidence is found, from either you or someone traveling in your group, a smoking damage charge of $250 will be charged to your credit card.

No parties are allowed and if security is called for disruptions, you could be forced to leave without refund.

This unit is privately owned and is managed by PMI Northwoods and not affiliated with Chula Vista Resort Management. Please message us directly for any questions or needs at any time. Do NOT go to the front desk for anything unless it's a safety concern or an emergency please.
