Dear Anne, We know that the stairs are not the strong point of the apartment, but we also know that for the 99% of our guests it doesn't represent an issue. Of course if we talk about old people or people with a particular health and physic condition it may be a problem, but as I said, in general, people rate more than positively the stay in our apartment. Just today asking to a new guest who just arrived with a big suitcase, what about the stairs she didn't complain at all. Regarding the bed dimensions (140 x 190) it's a new complain which I will consider if other guests will let me know hat this is a problem. Up to the date you are the first. You can check Airbnb where I have hundreds of reviews to double check what I am saying (also regarding the stairs). But since this (the bed, not the stairs) is something that I can improve I will be really pending on further feedback and react immediately purchasing a bigger bed to prevent further complains.
