The East End of the island holds special appeal. It’s the most convenient area for off-island access via the Sanibel Causeway, meaning less traffic and quicker trips to the mainland. The East End also features the historic Sanibel Lighthouse, fishing pier, scenic beaches, charming shops, and quiet residential streets.
Its location makes it perfect for those who want to explore the island by bike or on foot, enjoy less crowded beaches, and access the best of Sanibel and beyond with ease.
Guest access:
You will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay, including the oversized swimming pool, amazing community lounge spaces, tennis/pickleball courts, and community outdoor spaces. Designated Free parking is available in the parking lot, there is additional Free guest parking too!
In addition, we feature high-end linens and amenities that elevate the travel experience for any discerning guest.

Getting around Sanibel Island is easy and enjoyable! The island is known for its extensive network of bike paths, making it perfect for exploring without a car. Many Guests Rent Bikes, giving them the freedom to ride to the beach, local shops, restaurants, and even the iconic lighthouse—all just a short pedal away.
While Sanibel doesn’t have a public trolley like nearby Fort Myers Beach, its flat terrain and bike-friendly roads make biking the best way to see the sights. Limited car traffic and plenty of scenic routes make every ride a part of the adventure.
Extended Stay Cleaning Policy:
For stays longer than 21 days, we require additional cleanings to maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the space. A $175 cleaning fee will be applied every 2 weeks beyond the initial 21-day period. This includes a full cleaning service similar to the one done between guest stays.
We’ll coordinate with you to schedule the cleanings conveniently during your stay. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the home in top condition!
We welcome 1 dog under 25 lbs! A non-refundable pet fee of $275 applies.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please keep pets off the furniture.
We provide all the beach equipment needed for fun in the sun!!

From October 20- Nov 18 we will be working on repairing and relining some of the pipes. We are working hard to limit disruption. There will be pipes running on top of the ground in the courtyard. They may be over walkways so please be careful when walking. There will also be heavy machinery as well as a pump truck so we will have construction noise during this project.
May - October is Turtle nesting season. There are Amber lights throughout the community.
Mr. Cool, Air Conditioning services the unit two times per year. Once in April & once in October, I will contact you if it interferes with your stay.
