The space:
The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.
Please note the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building which does not have an elevator, and stairs are required in order to access the building.

In-unit laundry, dedicated workspace, kitchen island with bar stool seating, smart TV with Airplay, self check-in, and high-speed Wifi
Location:
- All within walking distance: coffee shops, multiple parks, BYOB Mexican, Mediterranean, and Sushi, grocery & convenience stores, and countless bars & restaurants
- Within 5min. drive: West Loop, Wicker Park, and River North; and less than 10mins to United Center
Parking:
- Permitted street parking is available directly outside the building on Throop St. Daily parking permits are provided free of charge for up to two weeks and longer term permits can be purchased from the city for ~120 USD/year. Instructions will be provided prior to your arrival
- Free non-permit street parking is often available on Huron St within a block of the building
Early check-in:

- Accommodations will be made for self check-in anytime after 1pm
- All requests are subject to availability
Requirements:

2. Verify your identity by uploading a government-issued ID and selfie through our ID verification partner
3. Pay a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $40 charge for unreturned keys
