Wake up to breathtaking ocean views in this stunning 4-bedroom beachfront condo, perfectly positioned above the waves at Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort. Enjoy one of the largest balconies on Sandy Beach, offering nearly 180° panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez—perfect for sunsets, dolphin watching, and relaxing by the ocean.

Sleeping Arrangements: Three bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom offers twin bunk beds. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with the addition of a pull-out sofa sleeper. Three full bathrooms and one half bathroom provide ample convenience for families and groups. Please note that one bedroom does not have a private ensuite bathroom and shares access to the nearby full bathroom.

The spacious open-concept living area showcases floor-to-ceiling windows, a large leather sectional, dining seating for eight, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

We've been to Rocky Point a number of times and this room exceeded our expectations. The wrap around balcony and 4 bedrooms was perfect for our family and friends during our stay. There was a little bit of miscommunication during check in and we couldn't charge food and drinks to the room like we are used to but that didn't matter once we walked into our room and saw the breathtaking view. Can't wait to go back!

View is amazing, huge patio with views from 3 of the 4 rooms. Big and spacious. Plenty of room for a lot of people. We had 8 and were comfortable. Easy check out.

Condo is great and overlooks the water, great location. For a condo that houses 10, there are very few cooking items. No big pots or frying pans, if you plan on cooking meals, bring what you need. One measuring cup with the cup size erased so not sure if it was 1/2 or 1/3 cup. Outside of plates, bowls, and cups the kitchen is very poorly equipped.CASAGO called me multiple times during my stay to see if maintenance could get in to look at water damage in the master bathroom and to try and sell me excursion packages but when I called and texted requesting more dishwasher pods (they gave us three for the week), nobody answered or responded. Keep in mind, almost no store sells dishwasher pods because many don’t have dishwashers and the demand isn’t high. We finally found some at Sam’s Club. The condo is beautiful but very poorly equipped for what you pay and for the size of the groups that it can accommodate.

Overall, the room and view are beautiful! This room definitely gives the wow factor when you walk in with the bright open space, expansive views, and huge balcony. Las Palomas is an amzing property and we have never nor would ever stay anywhere else. One issue was in the description of the room. It clearly stated, and still does, that all 4 bathrooms have a shower(the word shower is written and it shows a photo of a shower head by each bathroom description). However, there were only 3 showers. The 4th bathroom was just a toilet and a sink. This was a problem when you book with 4 families and each pays based on having a room and needs a full bathroom and then you walk in and find differently. This was addressed with Casago as soon as we walked in. They said they would fix their description(which still is not fixed) and no compensation was offered. Also, there are few maintenance things that need to be fixed(let me know how I can let you know about these specific items). Lastly, there should be better communication about what is provided as far as toiletries. It was stated that housekeeping only comes for the first 3 days, but it was not clear that we would not be provided with enough bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, etc for the 10 people booked in the room for the week. That should be clear so you can come prepared. Just some minor things that need to be worked out, but nothing that would make us not book this condo again.

The room was much bigger than expected and beautiful. Overall we enjoyed our stay but will come more prepared next time as a family who likes to cook in house. We had a great stay and would book again! Pros: Big rooms, comfortable beds, very conveniently located to the beach, huge balcony. Our family of 10 fit perfectly. We could park all our cars unground on site Cons: Check out is offsite (only 5 min away), The outlets in some of the rooms didn’t work, lacked the basic cookware for the room of that size they only had small pots and pans available, no baking sheets, there was a lot of condensation in the kitchen leaking (we didn’t leave the door open)
