* The hottub is an amenity and while we will make every effort to insure a working and properly heated hot tub experience, this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we cannot offer cancellation or discounts should the hot tub or any other amenity not be in perfect working order.

- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and set up a deposit for all stays.
- Dock is NOT suitable for tying off a boat.
- Outdoor amenities like Dock/Kayaks/Standup Paddle Boards/Firepit may not be available in the Fall/Winter/Spring past October 10th or prior to May 21st seasonally. Please inquire.
