We booked this stay for MotoAmerica race weekend. Normally we stay in Sheboygan, but this year we decided to find something closer to the track—and we’re glad we did.I was traveling with my husband and two teenage girls, so having extra space was important. Both bathrooms were spacious and very clean, which worked out perfectly—it was nice for my husband and me to have our own bathroom while the girls had theirs. The bedrooms were comfortable, and everyone slept really well after long days at the track. The area is very quiet at night. I mention this because if you’re planning to bring the party home, you’ll definitely want to keep it indoors. Sound carries across the lake, so while it’s incredibly peaceful, it’s not the kind of place where I’d feel comfortable being loud outside late at night. (quiet time after 10pm)The deck and pier were highlights for me, especially in the mornings. I loved grabbing a cup of coffee and just soaking in the peaceful sounds—it was the perfect way to start the day.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—pots, pans, paper towels, plates, and more—so cooking was easy. There are two Roku TVs (one in the living area and one in the master bedroom), but no cable. This wasn’t an issue for us since we used our own streaming services like Prime and Netflix.Overall, a great stay—comfortable, clean, and in a beautiful, quiet location.
