We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The location was excellent, with grocery stores and plenty of restaurants just a short drive away. The owner was fantastic—friendly, easy to reach, and communicated promptly throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Thank you for your review! I'm pleased you had a good experience overall. As a host, I take great pride in maintaining a 10-star stay for my guests, so I was a little surprised by the rating, given I hadn't heard of any concerns during your visit. I made it a point to stay in contact with you during your stay and was always available by phone/text — please know that door is always open. If there was something beyond either of our control that impacted your experience, I understand completely. I hope you'll consider staying with me again, and next time don't hesitate to reach out — I'd love the chance to make it a 10/10 trip for you.

Everything was awesome. Location, view, amenities, access to the beach. My party of 9, 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 2 to 9) had everything we could possibly need. Bill is a great host and his condo was fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the beach and pool needs. I will definitely book again. He even provided property wristbands for my brother and sis in law who stayed at a different property.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were minutes away from restaurants, attractions, anything we needed. The condo is right on the beach which made things incredibly easy with kids. The condo is stocked with any appliance you can think of which made packing so much easier. Will definitely be returning!

This is an easy "stay here" review. Bill is extremely thorough and makes sure you get the best experience possible. Super clean and fully loaded condo. We could have brought 80% less than we did and been completely fine. View from the massive balcony is untouchable. Beach access was extremely easy and the pool area is very nice. Would recommend to any family looking for an amazing condo with an equally as great host.

This condo is a very nice clean and well kept place. The owner Bill is very meticulous about making every part of your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible. He has everything you need there for cooking, feeling comfortable, going to the beach including some nice chairs to relax on the beach in. Bill has everything labeled with instructions in case you’re wondering where things are located or how something operates. It’s an awesome end unit with a really nice balcony where I spent every evening until late enjoying the nice gulf breeze 20 stories up. You won’t be disappointed by renting this condo unit. We’ll be contacting Bill again when we return to PCB for any future trips. Thank you Bill !

William was a FANTASTIC host. The property description was on point, and the kitchen was the best stocked condo I've ever visited. Any appliance you can think of was available. The condo was decorated brightly, with blue and purple bath towels, not the standard white hotel type. The balcony view was outstanding, giving a view of the beach/ocean, but also a view of the nightlife from the side of the building. The living room had a huge TV for times when rain hits. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Thank you for staying at 2001 Ocean Villa and leaving your review for others as they search through a multitude of condos in PCB to stay at! I work really hard as an owner to make my unit "stand out" and strive to make it unique and a place for families or just for an individual couple to come to for a nice get a way on the beach! I look forward to hosting you and your family again! Bill
