Air Conditioning & Heating:
The home has radiant heating, which is controlled by the thermostat on the living room wall, and a mini split in the living room that can be adjusted with its own remote. There is one window AC unit in the second/back bedroom, which is seasonal and removed during the colder months, returning in the spring or summer. These systems help keep the home comfortable throughout your stay.
