Hide away in Ann Arbor and relax in this newly renovated, sunny, stylish apartment, so close to the Stadium and downtown. Relax on your covered patio with creek view—perfect for outdoor relaxation - and a private fenced yard. You will have your own entrance. Occasional footsteps from the owners upstairs may be heard, but the apartment is completely separate and self-contained. Enjoy the fully stocked, brand-new kitchen and bathroom with heated floors. Laundry access. Free street parking. Our property is in a beaultiful, safe, residential neighborhood with many young families. There are nice sidewalks and a park with a soccer field and a nice playground for kids a half a block away. There is free street parking and you can also park in the driveway if it is open. The property has its own entrance in the back that is accessed by a path from the left side of the house when you are facing it. You will also have your own covered furnished patio and yard, grill, firepit, outdoor lights and patio heating. There are adirondack chairs in the yard to enjoy the peaceful view of the creek. The property has a fence splitting the yard in half- half is yours, half is the owner's. If you bring dogs, they will have a lot of room to play. The apartment is brand new and was just completely renovated. It is modern and stylish with full amenities. It is a one mile walk from the Stadium and about a two mile walk from downtown Ann Arbor. It is also walking distance to two grocery stores (Busch's and Whole Foods), a drugstore, and several restaurants. You can also cut through my neighborhood to access these establishments more easily. The apartment consists of a full kitchen, a dining area with extra seating at the Island, a living room with T.V., and a large bedroom with a queen sized bed and two twin beds. There is also a brand new bathroom with shower and heated floors. Even though the apartment is a basement apartment, it does not feel that way. It is not underground, has full sized windows, and the entrance are two large sliding glass doors. There are window treatments on all of the standard windows for privacy as well. There is a new ventless all-in-one washing machine and dryer in the storage area that can't be accessed from the airbnb but we have the key. Please contact us if you would like to use the unit and we are happy to accommodate you. Firewood can be accessed behind the benches on the patio for the firepit. The entire aparement is yours to use as you would like. Please let us know if you need anything! You will access the apartment using a lockbox and we will provide you with a combination prior to your arrival. You can always message us if you need anything during your stay. We are happy to help! Please also let us know if something isn't to your liking as we aim to please! We want you to have an enjoyable experience. We will be available on messenger and we are happy to meet you if that is something you would also enjoy. We also have two dogs and if you bring them as well, we can also set up time for your to meet them, for us to introduce our dogs, or whatever your preference might be! You are able to bring up to two dogs, that must be potty trained. Each dog will be charged a fee of $25 per night. *If you are booking on VRB*, we will need to charge you this fee separately, because it won’t be incorporated in the price. It is incorporated already in Airbn* pricing. We understand that dogs might have an occasional accident - they are dogs afterall! - but you will be charged for any excessive pet damage to the apartment. Dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations and be treated for fleas/ticks. Because we also have two dogs, please note that you will occasionally hear them barking upstairs, as they get particularly excited by other dogs they see through the window, squirrels, etc. When we are home we will do our best to redirect them, but we will not always be home. My dogs do not bark all day everyday, however, and sleep for a good part of the day. They are also excellent sleepers at night and do not bark. As this is a house in which we also live, you might occasionally hear our footsteps. We are not a loud family and don't have young kids, so this noise should not be excessive. We are just trying to be as transparent as possible as we are sharing our home.
