Your home away from home in Fort Myers with 3 bedrooms. This awesome townhome features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. With amenities like AC, iron, and a fitness room, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 3 bathrooms include a jetted bathtub for ultimate relaxation. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Fort Myers and our townhome has to offer.
Located in award winning Paseo and located in a quad with semi-private pool. Unit is 2,000 sf with a large garage and plenty of space to unwind and enjoy a great vacation. Paseo has a resort style pool with tiki bar. Take a walk around many of the water features. Community also has tennis, pickle, bocce and basketball courts. A great amount of sporting equipment located in the unit to make great memories. Paseo also has free weekend entertainment at the tiki bar and great activities. Please note that Paseo HOA requires a background check for all renters wanting credentials to access the main pool, tiki bar, gym, library, and movie theater. Credentials are NOT required to access the quad pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court, or bocce ball. The cost for the background check is $100 for up to two persons with the same last name. Instructions will be provided upon booking. Background checks take up to 20 days; therefore, bookings must be made with this timeframe in mind.
The HOA requires that units are rented by the month. Additionally, this unit rents from the 1st of the month until the last day of the month during peak season months December through April. If your planned stay is a day or two before or after, please inquire before booking. During the off season it can rent any day of the month with a 30 day (29 for those months with only 29 days) minimum.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes is allowed anywhere on the property; this includes inside the unit, garage, and quad courtyard.
