Newly updated 3 BR/2.5 BA condo with 2 car garage, located on a quad with semi-private courtyard pool and bbq area. This condo has been updated with new beds, new furniture, new TVs and new Air Conditioner in June of 2022.
This condo is part of the Paseo Resort that offers a movie theater, a large fitness center, business center, Tiki Bar and resort style pools. Multiple courts for Tennis, Pickleball, Volleyball and Basketball are also available.
This condo also sits on a Quad with its own pool and courtyard with grills, patio furniture, umbrellas and tables that is only accessible to members of this specific quad.
A 6 person golf cart is also available for rent with the condo.
The Spring Training facilities of the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins, and the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) are all approximately five miles away
Rental of this condo is for a minimum of a month, as per Paseo community guidelines. A separate rental application is required . Fee for this starts at 100$.

We are from Fargo ND so love coming to the warmth of the Gulf Shores! We own a restaurant and Chad is the GM there. Shelby works at the cancer center. We love helping people have a great time and enjoy their lives to the fullest! When we first stepped into Paseo it was like being in a Caribbean resort but was way easier and cheaper to get to! We love having people get to experience the ease and relaxation that comes with that. We strive to create an environment that is comfortable, warm and has great design!

We love relaxing by the multiple pools, beating our kids at pickleball, riding the golf cart to the brewery/petting zoo across the street, having homemade pizza on pizza night at the tiki bar, exploring the many beaches and excursions that are available and finding great restaurants.

It is has been completely renovated and has all new furniture so it feels fresh and modern. We love all the amenities right on the property and then it is easy to get around the area to go explore. Its easy to see why it has been voted best community in Florida!
