This 3 bedroom / 3 bath home has amazing views & is just steps away from the Cabana Club.  Enjoy the 3 separate pools and delicious lunch and welcoming bar area.  Take the provided 6 seat golf cart to one of the 31 beach accesses just a short ride away.  The first floor has a bedroom and full bath.  The kitchen, family room, and back deck offer stunning views of the ocean and Pritchard's island.  Upstairs has two additional bedrooms each with a private bathroom.  The master bedroom has the same great views and a private balcony.  The ground level has a gas grill and lounge area in a nice sandy area once again with the same amazing views.  You will love this home.

Pets are considered for this property. A maximum of 2 dogs that are small (no larger than 20 pounds). PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
