At The Barn on Keuka, step inside to discover a beautifully designed interior, featuring sleek modern furnishings and expansive windows that frame breathtaking views of the lake. The open-concept living area is ideal for socializing and entertaining, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, and a dining area that overlooks the water.

Outside, you'll find your own private oasis, with a flowing creek and waterfall. The patio is complete with a hot tub where you can unwind while sipping on a glass of local wine. Gather around the antique wine-barrel fire pit in the evenings and watch the stars twinkle overhead.

A 110v outlet is provided in the parking area for charging electric vehicles.

Wake up early to catch the spectacular sunrise over the lake, painting the sky in hues of pink and orange while sipping coffee in some Adirondack chairs.

If you prefer to unplug, this home is equipped with games galore - from cornhole, a built in hook-and-ring, shuffleboard, Yardzee, and board games to keep you entertained for hours with those you love.

Other things to note

The two single beds are portable beds that are folding bed frames with twin mattresses and all bedding included. They can be placed anywhere in the house that you may prefer.

The area is supplied through well water and can, at times, have a slight sulfur smell. There’s a complex filtration system in place to mitigate this and keep the water fresh and sanitary at all times!
