Important Information

* Checkout is at 10:00 AM; late checkouts are not permitted.
* Exterior security cameras monitor the entryway and driveway. There are no cameras inside the home.
* The dock accommodates one boat.
* A gas grill and propane tanks are available, but propane levels are not supplied or monitored. Guests are responsible for refilling the tank if needed.

### Maintenance and Property Services

Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent concerns such as flooding, leaks, fires, or sewage backups.

Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Issues reported after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day.

Routine property services may occur during your stay:

* Lawn care crews may mow the property. Please remove personal belongings and lawn games from the yard.
* Snow-removal crews work to keep the driveway accessible. During heavy snowfall, delays may occur because the service team maintains multiple properties.

Spacious interiors and expansive decks offer plenty of room to gather while taking in the Keuka Lake setting. Relax in the hot tub overlooking the water, spend evenings around the fire pit, or bring a small boat and use the private dock.

The dock accommodates one small boat. Guests must bring boat bumpers. For local boat rentals, contact Float Finger Lakes and mention that Vibe referred you.

The hot tub is cleaned and serviced weekly, which may occur during your stay. We will notify you in advance. Please wait 30 minutes after servicing before using the hot tub to allow the chemicals to circulate properly.

Because the property is directly on the lake, seasonal insects and cobwebs may appear between cleanings. The home is thoroughly cleaned before every arrival, but additional pest control or cobweb removal is not provided during a stay.
