Located on a wide canal with direct access to the Caloosahatchee River, this villa offers a comfortable setting for a relaxing stay in Cape Coral. The west-facing orientation and the open water views create a pleasant outdoor atmosphere throughout the day.

The villa offers approximately 2,410 sq ft of living space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. The master bedroom and the second bedroom are both furnished with king-size beds and provide direct access to the pool and lanai. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed. All three bathrooms include a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet, with two of the bathtubs featuring a Jacuzzi function.

The open living area combines a comfortable TV corner with a spacious sofa and a dining area next to the kitchen. The dining table offers enough space for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen with counter seating is ideal for breakfast or quick snacks. The integrated entertainment system includes a smart TV, stereo system, and DVD/Blu-ray player.

The outdoor area extends along the entire length of the house and is designed for enjoying time outside. The west-facing terrace offers sun loungers and views over the wide intersection canal. The heated pool with hot tub invites you to relax, while the covered seating area with gas grill is perfect for outdoor dining.
