From the living room, you can access a lovely private back patio that provides outdoor entertaining space ideal for dining, grilling, and enjoying the sunshine. The patio area and courtyard are completely enclosed for your privacy and also include an outdoor shower. A powder room is also located on the first floor.

On the second floor, you will discover both bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom is furnished with a cozy king-size bed, built-in cabinetry, and closet space, and it opens to a private lanai. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, vanity, and generous counter space. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, abundant natural light, and an en-suite guest bathroom.

POOL:
Enjoy access to the communal pool (heated in winter months for your comfort December-April) chairs and loungers are provided at the pool area.

Private outdoor shower, two cruiser bikes, and an outdoor gas BBQ.

RESTRICTIONS:
Primary traveler must be at least 28 years of age and be present through the entire stay.
We love animals but this unit is not pet friendly.

RENTAL MINIMUMS:
Weekly rentals through the end of 2025. Monthly rentals January 2026 forward

Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of your stay - 100% refund
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before your stay - 50% refund
