Slip inside this spacious residence that boasts an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining loved ones. As you enter, you are greeted by the living room, outfitted with a plush sofa, cushioned chairs and a large tv for all your viewing enjoyment. The gorgeous kitchen adjoins the living area, offering a pantry, stainless steel appliances and dining table. An abundance of kitchen counter space and well-stocked cabinets invite you to unleash your culinary skills while enjoying the conversation of loved ones who surround you in this cozy space. Tropical sunlight spills into the home from large glass doors that lead you to your private backyard oasis. A utility room hosts a full size washer / dryer for use during your stay. This home offers a live streaming service for your tv enjoyment.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
A king bedroom resides privately on one side of the home with a chest of drawers and walk-in closet. On the other side, there is a queen bedroom with an ensuite shower bathroom, chest of drawers and spacious closet. The third bedroom offers a twin bedroom (can be converted to a king), with chest of drawers and closet. Another full shower bathroom resides step away for everyone's convenience. A living room queen sofa sleeper allows for additional sleeping arrangements.
OUTDOOR LIVING…
A large pool will delight your family for hours on end as balmy breezes sift through lush landscaping. The pool comes heated in the winter months and has the option of being chilled during warmer months. Delight in the refreshing experience of an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Toss dinner on the grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor table and seating.
PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.
PETS...
This home allows for pets. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.
MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)
Pet fee (if applicable)
BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.
CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!
CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
