The space includes a relaxing area, a small table for work or meals, and a private bathroom with essentials. Perfect for a peaceful stay near NYC, with easy access to public transportation. Designed for your comfort and relaxation in a space filled with good energy.

Guests have full access to the entire studio. However, please note that parking in any driveway is not allowed. Our neighbors are very strict and do not want anyone parking in front of their homes.
We kindly ask you to respect this rule to maintain good relations with the neighborhood and avoid any issues.
