Charming 4-bedroom house in Navarre Fl saltwater enclosed heated pool sleeps 12

Enjoy our Thresher Retreat with an in ground saltwater pool with enclosure and lots of deck space and seating. Plenty of pool floats and toys for the kids. During the winter months the pool can be heated for your entire stay for an extra $75 p/day to cover our extra electric cost. Outside the enclosure is a gas grill and an ash pot and stone seating to sit if you are a smoker. There is a new smokers area on opposite side of pool with an ash pot near the shed. In the FL room, there is a head-to-head arcade game, flat screen TV, photo opt with Thresher Neon sign, & outdoor games.
There are 3 bedrooms with king beds, a bunk room with full over full and single trundle. queen sofa sleeper in FL room. All bedrooms/family room have TVs. Well-equipped kitchen with toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot with ground coffee, blender, hand mixer, crock pot, This Navarre house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms. There are 2 full bathrooms, each has hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There are also make up towels to remove your make up. Laundry closet has an iron, and ironing board. The bunk room has attached 1/2 bath for the kiddos to use at night. Relax in the fabulous living space and enjoy a nice meal in the dining room or breakfast area of the kitchen There is a hook up for your gaming system in the bunk room. Bring your own Video game system. There is a Pack N Play crib in master closet, and a high chair that can be pulled to kitchen if you have a little one. The FL room has lots to do with the head to head arcade game, TV, large Connect 4, and other outdoor games are stored there as well as the pool towels. A second half bath is attached to the FL room for closer use when coming in from the pool.
A starter amount of paper products 1 paper towel/8 rolls TP (2 in each bathroom), 4 dishwasher pods and 4 laundry pods until you are able to visit the store for more, Body wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner are provided. Kayaks in the garage along with a beach wagon and cooler. There is water access 6 blocks away for the kayaks. You will need to bring straps/bungys to strap them on your car. There are cards, LCR, Yahtzee, Navarre Monopoly and other games and poker chips in the Master bedroom cubical. Charger outlets in the 3 King Rooms.
In winter if you’d like the pool heated it is an extra $75 per day, and would be for the entire stay and may take up to 2 days before your stay to warm up. It is pushing heated water up to 88° to circulate from 4am to 10pm. So each day will be cooler in the morning. It is not like a hot tub. We look forward to hosting you at our place. We would need to know the week before your stay if you are paying to have the pool heated during your stay to schedule our pool service to turn it on before your stay and off after you leave. There is no smoking indoors or will be fined a $500 cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed outside pool enclosure or across the pool away from the door with seating and an ash pot. There is no glass allowed in pool or pool deck. Will be fined for clean up. We have metal tumblers and plastic cups to pour your beverages in. There are 2 trash cans you can put trash in and put out on Monday night. Please break down boxes and do not throw trash in that isn’t bagged as it attracts flies and bears. We also want to make sure there is room for the next guest to put trash when they arrive. We are 2.9 miles from Navarre Beach (8-10 minute drive)
