Only a short walk or bike ride to the calm sound side waters or three block walk to the Gulf of Mexico’s famous emerald green waters. The home offers a light coastal airy feel with lots of natural light, high ceilings, and large windows throughout. Conveniently located directly across from the pool & hot tub, just a short walk to the sound side beach.

From the moment you enter you experience a soothing serene atmosphere. With open floor plan, comfortable seating and warm palette throughout will set the tone for a memorable family and friends getaway.

Located on the main floor is a large open main living area with comfortable seating perfect for relaxing watching your favorite movie on the large flat screen tv. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with all cooking utensils and appliances you need to create your favorite meal. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with extra seating for three. There is a Guest Bedroom with queen bed and down the hall a full shared bathroom.

Proceeding to the second floor are two additional bedrooms. One king Master Suite that boasts a large glass walk-in shower, double vanity with granite counter tops, large flat screen tv. Guest Bedroom with two full-over-full bunk beds. Guest bathroom located in the hall with single vanity sink, granite counter tops, shower tub combo. There is also a cozy bonus room located off of the main hallway with a Queen size sofa sleeper and flat screen TV. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor as well.

This home is just steps away from the outdoor pool, hot tub, (pool not heated) and a short walk to the sound side beach path.
