Harbor Hills comprises 404 well-maintained homes with three secure entrances—High Bluff Drive, Shady Bluff Drive, and Avocado Drive—offering a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere right along the Intracoastal Waterway. The neighborhood’s private seawalls and waterfront fingers make it a haven for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and serene sunset views over Clearwater Harbor. Occupancy limit is: 10 Guests.

Maximum parking available on the property: Space for up to four vehicles in the driveway.

We provide starter supplies of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
