• Check-in time is 4:00pm and Check-out time is 10:00am. Either of these can be extended in advance for a fee, or you can play it by ear and hope we are able to accommodate on the day of
• Access the privacy you desire with your unique access code
• Pool Heat is available for $65 per day and takes time to heat so please do notify us in advance. Requests must be for entirety of stays and not just partial stays accommodations. Pool is heated to 85 degrees F. Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it's requested within 72 hours of check in, a one time $85 convenience charge will apply.
• Cleans are required at minimum every 14 days for long term bookings with the cleaning fees to be paid by the guest
• Have kids? Wonderful. So do we. Pack and play and high chairs are available for use

Rules and Regulations (all of this will be outlaid in the Rental Agreement that must be signed by the booking guest):
• Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and ID must be provided if requested by host
• No Pets allowed
• Undisclosed pets are subject to fines of up to $1,000 with additional charges applicable for damager or deep cleaning
• Smoking indoor is a $1,000 fee. If the Garage door in the backyard is open, no smoking in the backyard will be permitted
• Absolutely no parties or events without prior approval. One additional guest above and beyond those staying at the property consists of an event and prior approval is required. Any violation of this policy is punishable by up to a $5,000 fine
• All guests must complete a sex offender history verification per Scottsdale ordinance, and any booking guest with a history will have their reservation revoked

For same-day bookings, please note that housekeeping may still be finishing around the standard check-in time. A later check-in may be arranged if needed.
