No Parties or Events: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Phoenix and Arcadia neighborhood enforce noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines and the removal of our listing.
Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
Security Cameras: For your safety and in compliance with local regulations, Ring cameras are installed at the front door and above the garage facing the street. These are used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes. No other cameras or recording devices are located on the property.
Noise Monitoring: A Minut device is installed to monitor occupancy and decibel levels. It does not record audio or video, but helps ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. If an exception is granted or a pet is found during your stay, a $175 non-refundable pet fee will be charged for additional cleaning.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
Bike Use: Guests must sign a safety waiver prior to using the bicycles provided.
