Really great property. Location was fantastic for walking the beach path, walking to disc golf park and getting both north and south without a huge drive. Followed the weather report and picked a beach. Super close to the airport too but not in the flight path. Great stay and would come back to this unit again. Having 2 bathrooms was a time saver as well!

Overall, a great stay. Nice property, not crowded at all, parking was plentiful and the pool was never crowded. It would be nice if the shower was just a little bit hotter and if you’re going to use the grills by the pool they are a little weak but neither thing impacted our stay at all. Loved it.

Condo was excellent and clean. Best part it was on the first floor, had a washer/dryer and its own outside hose on the Lanai to wash off after the beach. The beach in front of the property was narrow and a little rough, so we did not swim there. We did walk down the pathway another 100 yards to Lydgate Park Beach and swam there. Location gave us good access to both the north shore area and the south shore. We ate most of our meals in nearby Kapaa at food trucks. This resort is only minutes from the airport, but we never had any noise or flyovers from the planes.

We really enjoyed staying at Kana Lani. You don’t have a direct view of the ocean, but if you walk one minute you are toes in the sand and watching the most incredible sunrise. Location is conveniently central and plenty of parking. You won’t want to keep the screen open…we had a chicken come visit us! But he was easily shooed back outside! Enjoy!

A great place to spend a couple of weeks. Nicely decorated and well stocked with almost everything we needed or could need. Parking and pool are right there by the condo. Lydgate Park also just a stroll for a swim. (beach was not swimmable). Recycling seems to be neglected by the condo organization, but we discovered recycling bins for cardboard, aluminum cans, plastic bottles, and glass at the housekeeping building behind the condo parking lot even though they are not ID'ed on the condo map. (Not sure why the condo org does not provide bins for green waste, metal cans and paper/paperboard even though Kauai is suffering from a severe lack of dump space and does recycle those materials). The Kapa'a grocery store, restaurants and food trucks are nearby and easily beat the resort restaurants. (We found the Myanmar food truck to be truly special). The sunrise is fantastic if you're inclined to walk over to the shoreline with your morning coffee. We so enjoyed our visits from the friendly and sweet rooster who limps around because he is missing most of one foot (likely run in with a gardener's string trimmer) and roosts in a nearby tree each night with two hens. You'll wake each morning to the sound of dozens of roosters crowing from all over, but he crows only about 3 or 4 times before he starts his day, so please be kind to him (but don't feed him)!

Everything was clean and very nicely updated. We had all the supplies needed in the kitchen for some light cooking. The grounds of the property were beautiful and we were in a great central location for the activities we wanted to do.
