Diese zweite Etage bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Wailua Bay. Sie befinden sich direkt am Meer und weit weg von der Autobahn! Sitzen und entspannen Sie sich auf Ihrer privaten Veranda, während Sie die Wellen am Wailua-Strand beobachten. Die Aussicht ist wirklich spektakulär.

Das Wailua Bay View liegt zentral in der Nähe von Kapaa am berühmten Wailua River und im alten Coco Palms Resort, in dem Elvis "Blue Hawaii" gedreht hat. Es ist nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen der Garden Isle. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt über dem schönen Strand von Wailua und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand Papaloa entfernt, einer geschützten Bucht für Babys und Kleinkinder. Der Lydgate Park ist weniger als 5 Autominuten entfernt und bietet den besten Spielplatz auf Kauai. Darüber hinaus hat die Grafschaft Kauai gerade einen Radweg hinter Wailua Bay View beendet, der sich von Kealia Beach bis zum Lydgate Park erstreckt, der mehr als 8 Meilen lang ist.

Great place to stay on eastern shore of Kauai!!

Great centralized location in Wailua right on the ocean. Beach next door, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby walking distance. We rented bikes for the week with excellent scenic riding in both directions with the 5 mile bike path nearby.The unit itself is beautifully newly renovated with much of the local monkeypod woodwork personally crafted and installed by the owner, Luke. Luke also pulled through for us giving us an additional night (when there were virtually no rooms available on the island) when we could not fly out due to the tsunami evacuation. Great stay at Luke's place!!

This place is an absolute gem! It's perfectly located right on the water and I absolutely loved the upgrades throughout the entire unit. My only knock on it is that there's a tree that's obstructing the entire view of the ocean but it's still a fantastic view! I would recommend staying here!

Perfect spot

Best birthday ever!

My husband and I stayed in this property for about 10 days, for a much needed vacation and birthday celebration. The unit was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous finishes, fantastic location and we could hear the waves crash as we drifted to sleep. We will absolutely be back, and will recommend this spot to our friends and family! Excellent property with professionally done upgrades. This was a great location for exploring the southern and eastern parts of the island. The ocean is right there and we loved keeping the patio screen open for the wonderful ocean sounds. I would definitely return.

Our stay in kauai

Property was well kept. Unit itself is nice and updated just as the listing describes. It had everything we needed as well as they have beach chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrella, and boogie board. Right on the ocean. Unit was away from the highway which made it so we had no road noise. Would definitely stay in this unit again. Has ac in the bedroom but not the main area. Description states that but the main area definitely gets warm on a nice summer day. Overall awesome unit and stay. Thank you! Picture is view from the unit.

Great room and location

The place was simple but very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous views from the deck, great beach just steps away from our room. Host was great to work with. Furnishings are simple, but both the bed and couch were very comfortable, and the room met all our needs. AC keeps the bedroom nice and cool at night.

Great location and views

After a very rough check in experience the stay was enjoyable. Host did not share the key with us so we had to rent out another hotel until host responded. Kitchen utensils and house amenities are basic but proximity to the activities, bay and ocean views from the balcony are amazing!

Wailua Bayview a wonderful stay.

The location is halfway to anywhere on Kauai, which made travel on the island easy. It is close to Lihue Airport. You will find that you can relax at Wailua bay beach which is just behind the condos within walking distance, as well. We enjoyed the pool so much and our beautiful bay view from the balcony. Fair condo at best…floor was chipping…cut hazard Cupboards did not shut…deadbolt on front door didn’t work…bathroom door did not unlock…safety concern Slider doors don’t lock or really even shut level at all… Some dishes were dirty in the cupboards…gross Couch old enough it had a blanket over it…. View was great though…

Loved it here! Very clean, spacious and with great amenities- washer and dryer are a must! Very comfortable bed and sofa! And the pool and BBQ is new!! Wonderful sea views and breeze

Ocean facing 2nd floor unit was perfect for our stay. Refreshing sea breezes flow right through the place, making lounging and sleeping quite comfortable. Never even considered using the bedroom A/C unit. Would happily return to this spot. Even the roosters here were respectfully quieter than elsewhere on the island ;). On site manager was friendly and helpful. Let me know if Mark ever needs a fill-in or replacement - would be a great retirement gig :)

The view and location were wonderful. Communication with owner was great We feel that the linoleum on the floors needs replacing. They have tape over some areas and there are chips and raised areas on floor. Definitely not safe for elderly or children We feel this property has a lot of potential with some tlc. We also believe there should be more cookware and basic seasoning for cooking Very clean and nice property

I loved my stay at this property. All aspects of the rental process were straightforward without any challenges. The unit itself is fantastic. The porch and view of the ocean are just what was depicted and desired. The location is conveniently situated to embrace all the island has to offer. My only recommendation would be to replace the very old showerhead. A thirty-dollar fix for a chorded high-pressure shower head would be welcomed after a long day of sun and fun. I am hoping to return for another visit! Thank you!
