The open, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking and gathering and opens directly to a spacious, tree-surrounded deck—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.



Downstairs, the walkout basement offers a large game room with two comfortable sofa beds, providing additional sleeping space for up to four guests. Step outside to the lower-level patio featuring outdoor dining, a grill, and a fire pit—great for group meals, relaxing evenings, and enjoying the peaceful wooded setting.

Getting around is easy! The property is conveniently located just a 9-minute drive from downtown Granville and a 10-minute drive from downtown Newark. While public transportation options are limited in this area, parking is available on-site. The nearest major transit hub is the John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH), approximately a 45-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Parking for up to six vehicles: 4 midsize cars in the driveway + 2 additional spots to the left of the driveway. Street parking is not permitted—please respect this limit to ensure a smooth stay for everyone
