Newly remodeled 3-bedroom home located near the quiet village of Alexandria. Only a 30-minute drive from Columbus, and a short 10-minute drive from Granville (home of Denison University), this home is the perfect weekend family getaway. Perfectly situated only 5 miles away from the new Intel site.
Featuring a private patio with a hot tub, an outdoor dining area, lounge chairs and a fire pit (wood provided), our space is private and welcoming for families and friends to gather and create memories together.
The covered front porch features outdoor furniture with lighting and ceiling fans, and beatufiul views of our 1-acre pond that is situated on the property.
Newly finished hard-wood floors, stylish furniture, and 3 queen-size beds make this cozy oaisis the perfect weekend or extended stay getaway for friends of families.
Ther are 2 tvs that are connected to the wifi featuring installed apps to use for your enjoyment including: Netflix, Prime, Peacok, YouTube TV and more. Guests login with their own accounts to view content.
The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare and share meals together: Whirlpool applicances including an electric stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Cookware, pyrex, blender, salad spinner and a even tortilla warmer are available to make your culinary weekend come true :)

Outdoor camera montiors the parking area and patio area. The patio is within the coverage area of the device.
Doorbell camera monitors the front porch entry.
For your safety and privacy, there are no electronic monitoring devices located inside the property.

The Hawk's Nest is a marathon gas station body shop converted into a bar and restaurant with 23 beers on tap and great bar food. You can still get gas there too :).
Only about a 10 minute drive away is the village of Granville, home to Denison University. There you'll find lots of shops and some great restaraunts including Three Tigers Brewing (brew pub serving Viatnamese and American), The Broadway Pub (American), Day y Noche (Mexican), plus more.

Some of our favorite places to travel are Europe, Mexico, nothern Michigan, Chicago, Asheville, Taos, to name a few. The home is situated on a no outlet residential road shared by only a few neighbors right off the state route that runs through the village. This unique prperty is situated up on a hill overlooking a 1-acre pond that features 3 Toulouse Geese: Greg, Hank & Gertie. They have been living here for the better part of 20 years (we think). They love to mill about in the pond and wander around the banks. Please don't feed them, but they usually stay down at the pond.
Alexandria is a village of about 500 residents located in beautiful, rural St. Albans Township in Licking County. And although this area is experiencing a lot of growth due to the Intel plant being built about 8 miles away, our village remains quiet and peaceful. St. Albans Twp Fire Department is located in town. There is a park in town as well that features swingsets, pavailions and a baseball diamond.

There is a patio featuring a pergola with oudoor seating that includes an outdoor dining table that we built, lounge chairs, gas grill, fire pit and the most popular of it all is the hot tub which accomodates 6 people.
There is a handmade wooden swing that overlooks the pond nestled between two oak trees.
The front porch is open and spacious and has outdoor furniture that includes a comfortable rattan couch, with coffee table and end tables as well. There are porch lights and ceiling fans on the front porch for wam summer evenings.
