Wonderful place, great location!

What a fantastic place! From the softness of the towels to decor to the appliances - it is a wonderful space. Hosts were great with quickly responding to my every annoying question, and it couldnt be better located, two blocks from the beach and in between all the great eateries.

This place checks all the boxes, safe quiet neighborhood off the main road, yet only a minute walk to 4 restaurants/bars and only a 15 minute walk to several more, very clean. Will stay there again.

This unit is absolutely beautiful aesthetically and has all that you could need. However, there are several units at this address and each unit needs an identification marker of some sort. The bathroom is huge, all the appliances are nice and seem to be fairly new. This unit is NOT on the beach and the pictures of the beach are nice but misleading. Massengale beach is only a 3 minute drive and there are other beach access points across the road about a mile away. All in all this unit is perfect for a single person or couple. The neighborhood is quiet and when you do see people they are all very friendly.

Great experience! Everything was as stated. Cottage was clean and well thought out! Lots of attention to detail. Loved the choice of shampoo and body wash! Looking at other reviews, stated bathroom was too small. I do not agree. It was perfect for the two of us. The tile shower was very roomy. We hope to stay again! Do suggest that there be a blind on the door.

Loved the Bungalow!

We loved our stay at the Bungalow in St.Simon’s! It was the perfect size for two people and had everything we needed. The location was convenient as we could walk to some restaurants (loved Crabdaddies!) and we were a short drive to the village. We would definitely stay there again!

Loved it.

Loved staying at the bungalow. The location was great. Only draw back was the bathroom was very very small. The owner checked in on us every day. Just to make sure we had everything or if we had any questions. All in all it was very nice. Would recommend it to a couple for a weekend get away.
