Set a few blocks south of Broadway in the heart of the SoBro neighborhood, these boutique-style suites keep world-famous live music, buzzed-about restaurants, and local shops within an easy walk. Broadway itself is only about an 8-minute walk—close enough to be in the middle of it all, far enough that you're not sleeping in the noise, and near enough that you won't need a Lyft to get home.

Four suites come together here for a group of up to eight, so everyone stays under one roof without living on top of each other. Each apartment-style suite has a full kitchen, a private bedroom, and a comfortable living area with a sleep sofa—giving every pair their own space to spread out and a quiet corner to retreat to at the end of the day. When you're ready to slow down, you'll come back to a space that feels like home—just with better sheets.

We've filled each suite with thoughtful touches like luxe linens, smart TVs, indulgent bath products, and locally roasted coffee to make mornings easy, and every suite is finished with original work from Nashville muralist Nathan Brown—so you get a splash of local color without leaving the room. There's also a shared outdoor lounge where the whole group can regroup between outings.

Step outside and the neighborhood takes over. Bridgestone Arena is an easy walk for a concert or a Predators hockey game, Music City Center sits a short stroll away, and Ascend Amphitheater lines up shows along the water—the same grounds that fill with music each summer for CMA Festival. Nissan Stadium waits just across the Cumberland for NFL Sundays and stadium concerts. Closer to home, Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint is practically around the corner and The Listening Room Café draws crowds for intimate songwriter sets just down the street, with the shops of The Gulch a short walk away when you want them.

- There is no elevator onsite. However, units 1-4 are all on the first floor.
- The specific layout and decor within each suite may vary from what is shown in the images.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- The SoBro guest house parking lot operates on a paid nightly structure. Overnight parking is $35 per night. Short-term parking is $5 for up to 1 hour and $35 for 1–24 hours.
- Guests of AvantStay will be provided with a discount code to use during their stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
