BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, SmartTV and private en-suite bath with two sinks, a huge walk-in shower and soaking tub. It has direct access to the back patio.
* 2nd main floor bedroom is a guest master suite with a king bed, SmartTV and private bath with dual sinks and a large walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed, SmartTV and private bath that features a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed, SmartTV and private bath with with a walk-in shower.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom is a bunk room with 3 sets of twin XLs over queen bunk beds. The attached TV lounge room has a queen sofa bed. The second floor bunk room and TV lounge is supported by a guest bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
* There is also a powder bath on the main floor supporting the pool and outdoor living space.

PRIVATE POOL
The private, in-ground pool is open and heated to 85 degrees from May 1st through Sept 30th. The remainder of the year it is shut down and winterized. The pool measures 14ft. by 30ft., and the deepest end is 6ft.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home.
** The owner has a small dog that visits the home infrequently, those with allergies please be advised.
** Up to 5 cars are allowed in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park at overflow parking at The Inn at Suncadia.**
