Boat slip was main criteria for this trip. It was great not having to load the boat every day. Parking the trailer in the street was not a problem as we were not the only ones doing so.The room was clean and comfortable. As hot as it was the AC kept up beautifully. Wifi was good, water pressure excellent, everything was about as close to the pictures as we've seen. We even used the pool as there was plenty of shade. We had questions that were promptly answered, check in/out process was super easy. Would stay here again!

The property was nice and clean. It was in a good location and appropriate for what we needed. The only issue we had was we drove 11 hours to be able to check in at 4 which was listed as check in time and our place was not ready had to wait another 45 mins to get into our room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the home, found it clean, and that the location was a great fit for your trip. We sincerely apologize for the delay getting you into the home. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and while we always strive to have every property ready at that time, there are rare occasions when additional cleaning or quality assurance is needed to ensure the home meets our standards. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially after an 11-hour drive, and we appreciate your patience. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope to welcome you back for another beach getaway soon!

The check in process was smooth. The unit was clean and communication with the host was very good. Upon checking in we had a couple of issues and they were handled quickly. Everything was fine except the air conditioner system in the condo. Every time the unit kicked on there was a loud blowing noise from the air vents into the master bedroom. It sounded like a steam engine noise every time it kicked on. It was hard to fall asleep and it woke my wife and I up throughout both nights. I called when we checked in regarding the humidifier water leak on the floor and AC being set to 72. Alicia took the call and sent a technician. The maintenance tech went and checked it out. He said was the AC was fine but it took a while to reach the desired temperature. However, when we went to bed we noticed the loud noise in the bedroom. Check out procedures went well.

We're also happy we were able to address the initial concerns promptly after you contacted us. We sincerely apologize for the A/C noise in the master bedroom. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we'll have our maintenance team take another look to determine the source of the noise. Thank you for your kind words about our communication and service. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better stay in the future.
