It was our second year staying at this condo. It was clean but does need a few items updated like the couch and the coffee pot. But either then that we had another great time staying here and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again!!

This was the perfect stay for us! Right on the beach, super clean, spacious, close to everything and truly direct beach access! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with! The WiFi worked well, shower pressure was good, there’s a washer and dryer that seemed new, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, etc etc. The balcony was big, opened to the living room and main bedroom and a perfect view of the beach! Watching g the sunrise from the patio with a cup of coffee was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Pros: Amazing ocean views from the balcony, quiet neighbors, warm pool/hot tub, and close walking distance to multiple restaurants. Cons: The furniture (master bed and couch) was not very comfortable and there were no beach chairs/towels.Overall, despite the uncomfortable furniture, we would stay here again!

This was the third time down to South Padre and our stay here at this condo was perfect!! The views of the ocean are so beautiful and we spent most of our time on the balcony listening to the ocean. Fantastic location

We enjoyed our stay so much. The beach is very close and the sunrise view was spectacular. We loved this condo and might consider staying again here if we goto SPI.

Beautiful place!!

Views were amazing, the place was clean and had everything you might need for a wonderful stay. Beach access was so close and over all it was really quiet at night. Will definitely be staying again.

This is our third year in a row to stay at this property, and once again, it didn’t disappoint!From, an absolutely perfect location, to a beautifully decorated and functional unit, it checks all the boxes! If you appreciate comphy beds, is the unit for you!No need to buy or bring beach chairs, you are on the beach while sitting on the balcony.
