Place is very nice and communication from host was excellent. The home was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and the neighborhood made us feel safe. Miriam, the home's caretaker, was very kind and helpful. Beautiful, warm pool. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. This condo is a 10 minute drive from Puerto Morelos Beach.

Nice size, good location, great host

The gated community was very safe and had nice amenities with the pool, playground, walking trail, and basketball court. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The collectivo to the beach ran right outside of the gate and was easy to use. The house was a great size and well equipped. The host was really responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. Very happy with the rental and value.

28 Days at Casa Veredas Puerto Morelos

One adult with mobility issues was not a problem. Main floor bathroom and bedroom with easy in/out access was great. This is a property that either requires a rental car, taxis, bicycle or a good deal of walking. We had 2 mobility scooters which easily provided transportation to shopping and local restaurants. However the beach requires either a taxi or Collectivo. The Collectivo's run frequently and will pick you up at the front gate. The draw back is they are fast and can be quite full which does not work well for a mobility challenged person. We felt safe at all times and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We had a quick turnaround at the end of our trip so we didn’t get in the pool, but enjoyed the beach and got to hang out with friends up in Cancún proper…The house was lovely, we loved the whimsical art, the big spacious bathrooms and the back patio was perfect for morning coffee..We’ll be back in the fall, and we will make this a stop on that trip as well!Thank you!

ideal location for exploring different cities

Clean property with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay! Listing was accurate and a great host and location. Strong wifi. A rental car is very helpful and there is a rental company “getaway rental” that is a 10-15 minute walk away. $30-$35 per day for the car. The host was magnificent and very attentive to make sure we had all we needed when we arrived. Location is perfect for exploring. Close to Cancun, Tulum, and Playa Del Carmen. The local downtown area has grocery stores and restaurants. The beach area has lovely restaurants as well and the people are very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to coming back.

Clean, new residential condo, clean, smallish, with all the basic amenities except WiFi which is a little inconvenient when travelling. Nice shared pool just across the driveway. Under 10 minutes to the beach, lots to do in the area. The snorkeling is great.
