The appartment is exactly as described. Clean, great location near the beach and the centro, very quiet.Third floor and narrow stairway, so you need to be in good shape.Dishes and other kitchen tools are limited but sufficient to make a few meals. Otherwise many restaurants around. If you need something Constanza is very accommodating

Great flat, close to everything

A comfortable flat, well equipped and within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The host, Constanza, was really helpful and responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great Place

Love renting from a female owned business woman who is hard working, kind, and successful. The place is in the perfect location to the beach (1.5 blocks) and super close 5 min walk to the restaurants. The place is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need to relax and unwind.

Brilliant location, near the beach and a short walk to all the bars and restaurants. There were beach chairs for our use, the apartment was spacious, plenty of clean water and perfect for our requirements!

First time away from our usual place.

Due to a mix up with our reservation with our normal place (we go 3 times a year on average) we chose to stay at Taninos 2. Constanza is a very attentive and friendly host, not at all imposing, but available if and when needed. I had a hip replaced last June so I was a bit worried about the stairs to get to the suite but it turned out fine. Taninos 2 is literally 150 steps from the beach and close enough to restaurants and shops that walking wherever you need to go is not a problem. There is rooftop access but not much in the way of furniture up there and a BBQ would be a fantastic addition. The suite itself is comfortable and the firm bed was definitely appreciated. Everything was clean and the full gas stove and oven were great. My wife and I would definitely stay there again. On a somewhat related note ... DEFINITELY plan to eat at Taninos, the restaurant of the same name. It is Michelin star level food at a reasonable price, relatively speaking. The portions are good and everything on the menu is fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at Taninos 2. The location is great within a very short walk of the beach and restaurants. Constanza is one of the best hosts we have ever had at a VRBO, very responsive if anything needed. Apartment was clean and has a sufficient kitchen to cook meals. Only negatives are no hot tub even though listening said there was one, quite a few steep steps, and there was AC only in the bedroom so the kitchen and living room would get really warm on hot afternoons. The AC in the bedroom worked great though, so nice to be able to escape the heat when needed in the bedroom. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives and we would stay here again.
