Diese Hanglage Wohnung ist ideal für eine Gruppe von Paaren auf der Suche nach einem perfekten Bergurlaub! Direkt gegenüber dem Parkplatz von Canyon Lodge, Lage ist nicht näher als diese 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer Wohnung. Ein geräumiger Wohnbereich mit Flachbild-TV, Holzkamin, WLAN und große Schnittcouch mit Platz für alle. Die Küche ist komplett mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, um ein leckeres Essen für die Familie oder eine andere Gesellschaft zu kochen.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer auf der Hauptebene verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Flachbild-TV, DVD-Player und angeschlossenem Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken. Das zweite Schlafzimmer, auch im Erdgeschoss, hat ein Etagenbett mit zwei Doppelbetten und Doppel-Trundle darunter, Flachbild-TV, DVD-Player und Gemeinschaftsbad. Das dritte Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Doppelbett, einen Flachbild-TV, einen DVD-Player und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken.

Diese Unterkunft befindet sich neben den Liften, dem Sportgeschäft und der Skischule der Canyon Lodge sowie der Village Gondola, von der aus Sie bequem alle Geschäfte, Restaurants und das Nachtleben im Village at Mammoth erreichen. Alle Mammoth Sierra-Gäste erhalten kostenfreien vollen Zugang zum Snowcreek Athletic Club, um Einrichtungen wie einen beheizten Innenpool, eine Dampfsauna, ein voll ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio, Yoga, Pilates- und Fahrradstudio und vieles mehr zu genießen. Location and proximity to ski slopes is fantastic. Layout is very functional, but the condo is a bit dated, was not very clean and heating was intermittent when we stayed in January.

Perfect Canyon Lodge Getaway

These place is great! It’s roomy and you can very comfortably sleep 7 adults. And, if you enjoy the apres ski party, you couldn’t be any closer to canyon! Skip the lodges for lunch and easily be back at your place for drinks and home made food. I will 100% be back! It’s not technically ski in ski out but it’s truly as close as it gets to canyon.

Amazing Location and Property

Love, love the location and size of this property. It was so big and comfortable. Everything was clean and functional. The complex itself doesn't have an elevator and the office is offsite but otherwise, no complaints.

Fresh powder

Amazing place, plenty of room, close to everything. Place was clean, we were lucky and got 13 inches of fresh power, road were clean by the time we got up. At one point we lost track of the keys, called the office and they got us back in the unit in about 15 minutes! Highly recommended.

Reviewer Comments: place is dated, broken shower doors, balcony sliding doors do not lock, kitchen water pressure was very weak but i totally recommend this place. location location location. property managent was great. my only complaint would be parking. 3 bdrm condo with one parking spot?!!how can u fit 3 couples a child and all ur luggage plus ski/boarding gear and expect to fit everyone in one vehicle. not practical.

Excelent location and great spaces need improvement and cleaning

Reviewer Comments: We where very excited when we got there because of the excelent location its is very close to canyon lodge and the apartment itself is very spacious. Unfortunetly it was not cleaned properly, the soffa was full of dust we would not stop sneezing, there where a lot of spider webs and there was no curtain on the dinning area so we felt no privacy when walking around the cabin. The bedding needs to be cleaned, the toillet from the upstairs bedroom leaks. It just needs a little work because it’s a great property.

Our Time in Mammoth

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, spacious condo. Enjoyed the floor space/square footage and that it was not cramped, even in the bathrooms. Glad we were on the top floor & enjoyed being near a trolley stop-off, which we took advantage of a couple of times.Appreciate being let in early, because it was ready. No slider covering, but we contacted the agency & a maintenance person arrived shortly. He installed some sheets over the glass and that helped. We also asked for a third key for our party and he brought one to us on his return to cover the slider. Thanks for the third key!Our group patronized several breakfast cafes and also made use of the Snowcreek Athletic Club gym. This is a nice feature and I hope Mammoth Sierra Reservations continues this complimentary amenity.On-site manager and family live nearby beneath this unit & they have several children/relatives that visit. Because we had a baby with us (and enjoyed having the windows open to take in the nice weather) that had to nap, the kids' play noise level was a little disturbing at times. We mentioned this to the manager and he was understanding, but we realize kids will play & make noise (scream, yell, etc.), and not always remember how loud they can be. This probably would not be an issue with another condo location and if we did not have the baby.

Cozy Stay Steps From Canyon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with this condo. From check-in to check out, the ladies at the rental office were incredibly helpful and pleasant.There was a huge storm that week and we ended up staying in the condo the first two days. It had everything we needed. Yes, it’s on the second floor so there are some stairs to climb, but they are indoors, directly out of the garage on one end of the building. At the other end it’s only one flight and a short walk across the street and down a little hill to Canyon Lodge. On the days we went skiing we used this hill to get back to the condo for lunch. The condo’s location is so convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed (but we also had packed a few of our own pantry items). The condo was also very clean. The toilet off the master could use some maintenance, but it worked. It’s a bit dated but still very comfortable for our family. Only one of our friends ended up being able to join us so we were 5 people spread out across the 3 bedrooms (and 3 baths!). The kids loved the roomy bunk beds. Bring your own board games since the ones in the condo are missing some pieces. The large smart TV had plenty of streaming apps. There is a storage closet in the hallway for storing ski gear. We were lucky and our friend snagged one of the guest parking spaces in the garage. There was so much snow! The only real “complaint” is that because we were so close to the mountain, there was a lot of noise from the snow tractors and avalanche clearing going on early in the morning. Poor us! We would definitely rent this condo again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I'd rate this place very nice and certainly a good value. The living room is superb for a large group with a nice layout and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is a bit small so the living room is larger, the tradeoff is okay. We had two major issues with this property, the stairs are not easy to climb from the parking below and there is only one permit issued for a three bedroom place. Fortunately there is extra guest parking and parking on the street but this is not easy information to determine when making a reservation. We were there on a very hot weekend in August and closing a few broken windows was not easily done. Overall very clean and well taken cared for. I would recommend a map view of these units be included with the pictures.

Great location and floorplan, can use some attention to small things

The location was great, and the floorplan and layout was great for a group of 7 from two families. Also stocked with good selection of things in the kitchen including spices. The only negative was the maintenance. It was clean, but some things needed attention like fixing the sliding door and door screen, leaky faucet, bent blinds. All mostly minor, and we enjoyed the stay.

Large condo, quiet location near village

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was nice, across the street from the ski lifts . I was there in the summer so it was not busy at the location, no congestion. The unit was nice with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The parking garage was under the structure. The only negatives were the code that I was given to enter the structure from the parking garage was not working, but I easily got in with the key. Only other negative was that for the two days I was there in unit 8 which faces the front entry and the street, was that it appeared that there was a couple that were either the caretakers or maintenance people had there small kids running around and On small bikes making lots of noise. On the next day they had a birthday party for an 8 year old with family or friends just below my window, barbecuing and lots of noise from m about 2:00 pm til a little after 10 pm. Not considering the guests who may have gone up to relax. They were loud and inconsiderate. The red pickup truck they had was always parked in front of the building and not in the garage.
