Parkausweise werden in einem Schließfach mit Schlüsseln aufbewahrt oder hängen im Eingang des Hauses. Wenn Ausweise fehlen, rufen Sie bitte 800-544-0300 an. Alle Anrufe, die nach 17:00 Uhr getätigt werden und keine Wartungsnotfälle betreffen, werden am nächsten Morgen beantwortet. (Maximal 2 Autos, keine Ausnahmen) Zusätzliche Autos müssen außerhalb des Geländes geparkt werden. Vom 1. November bis 30. April sind keine Parkplätze auf den Mammoth Roads verfügbar. Dieser Komplex erlaubt keine Parkplätze für Wohnmobile oder Anhänger.

Great location and well equipped. Management was super responsive. Very much enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion would be to replace shower heads and upgrade bedding, which is quite old and scratchy. Bring your own blankets and pillows as suggested by host. Overall, quite nice!

Amazing Stay at a Luxurious Mammoth Condo!We had such a great time staying at this beautiful Mammoth condo! The place feels luxurious yet cozy. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location is perfect — close to Mammoth Village, restaurants, and the lifts. The beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had all the essentials. We’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mammoth!

The hot tub was not hot at all. The code at check in that we were given didn't work but easy access to the lockbox offsite. Everything else was great! Convenient location near canyon lodge for access to the lifts and mountains. brisk walk.

We had questions about the house when we arrived and it took over an hour to reach a representative who could not answer our questions. The refrigerator was very unstable and the kitchen has very poor supplies.

Very nice place and location

This rental was really a great place to stay at in Mammoth. Nice quiet street location with little traffic. Nice garage with a good solid security door. Inside the place was very clean and well kept. Communication by texting with the owner/management before and after the trip was excellent. No air conditioning but did not need it with the open windows and cool air coming in. Hot water was very good. The only minor issues is that you do have to bring your own condiments, spices, sugars, coffee, tea, etc that other Mammoth rentals might provide but again this is very minor. Overall a great stay!

Nice, but needs some work

Very nice, close to canyon lodge. Price was right. Prospective bookers please note; This unit does not have even the most basic of cooking supplies (salt, pepper, olive oil). Water pressure was an issue.

Good Location Walk To Canyon Lodge

Relatively well equipped kitchen. Needed pot holders and a small cutting board. Could have used more bath towels for hot tub. Otherwise, very comfortable. Nice hot tub. The cornice hanging near the hot tub was worrisome. Crews were working to shovel and blow paths between buildings, and trying to keep exit doors clear, and remove snow from the roofs, but that was all a big challenge in this record snow year!

Needs Help!

Nice Unit and location, but the property management was not good, prior to getting there they told us the Oven wasn't working, which we said was fine, but when we went to make toast for breakfast the toaster over didn't even work, then the first second night the oven started making beeping error sounds from 2:30 am every 30-45 mins which then we had to get up and shut off, so didn't sleep. they never sent anyone over as we requested a number of times so we had to trouble shoot ourselves and find the breaker to shut off the oven. not my kind of place to stay and pay.

Upon arrival I notified the PM of the following deficiencies: 1. Living Room Heater not working 2. Bedroom 2 Heater not working 3. Master bedroom and bedroom 2 TV remotes not working 4. Oven not working 5. Kitchen knobs missing 6. No cutting board in kitchen 7. wood for fireplace not accessible on the 4th day of our stay someone finally showed up with batteries for the remotes (still didn't work) and no other work orders. This is is beautiful Condo, but unfortunately VACASA Management is pititful.

Hi George, we are glad that you found our condo to be beautiful. We apologize for any unhappiness or concerns. We appreciate that you reached out, but when we tried to assist we were not permitted by your group to come in and ensure that the TV was working. We changed the batteries and did what we could from the hallway. The heaters are working well, there are instructions for guests on the wall to know how to use and troubleshoot the heaters. We have ordered a new oven and it will be installed soon. The kitchen knobs have been repaired. We do not provide wood for the fireplace, it is not listed as an amenity. We are sorry for any confusion. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Great Mammoth Condo!

We loved the pine decor throughout the home! Very comfortable and spacious place! Nice to have three bathrooms for our family of 5. Jetted tubs in the baths were nice. The kitchen and living areas were nice. The small patio, although small was nice to sit on and enjoy the view. Upstairs corner location with many windows for good circulation. The condo had a cozy feel and was nice and clean. Wood floors in main living space, carpets in the rooms. Great place to stay!

Super location. Easy to get to and close to everything. Condo cabin look is super dated. TVs didn’t work. Horrible bedding. Barely there pillows. A sheet for a blanket. Oddly put together kitchen. Needs TLC! Using 3rd party management shows. Ps no way to put 8 adults unless we missed something. .

Weekend Review

This home is clean and great for 5 to 6 people. This is our 2nd time staying at this home and we love the location. The only thing it lacks is kitchen items. There was no cutting board or baking dishes. The oven did not work and when we used the stove top the vent was not very efficient. These are minor items that can be easily fixed. O
