Hello future guests, If your looking for a place that is clean close to all major attractions and has a terrific game room for adults and kids your in the right place. Did i forget to mention 11actual beds? Surprise! each room has an international theme, my photos do not reflect the exciting decorative changes, this was done intentionally but rest assure it will be something you will surely enjoy. Get ready for the adventure!

Future guests should note the following. The home is cleaned extremely well and is beautifully decorated for all holiday events. The game room will have you and your guests up all night having tons of fun! its equipped with the following, 70 inch flat screen, foosball table, pool table, bowling ball game, dart board, Pac Man arcade game (6 inch tall console) and bluetooth radio. On rare occasions an electric outlet may not work, the cause could be overloading of a particular area, if this happens guests should check the circuit breaker box located in the game room to reset the breaker. Once the breaker is reset this will restore power to any area of concern. The kitchen is fully stocked with most items you may need to cook with, the items are various with different name brands. All the kitchen cabinets are in working order and the refrigerator has food containers at the bottom of it guests can utilize. The home has two BBQ grills, one propane and one charcoal grill. Propane is provided for guests. The grills and tested before each rental. Future guests should note: The weather conditions can play a major part in the flame staying on when using the grills and can cause operational issues. The home also has two microwave units, currently one of them at this time is having operational issues and is in the process of being repaired. If you find any issues with the stability of any bed please send a message or call. I will have someone respond to the home to correct the condition ASAP. Currently all furnishings and bedding have been inspected and are in stable and working condition. Guests are encouraged to call or send a message for any issue or concern while at the home. Hello future travelers, Welcome to the fun! Looking forward to your arrival. Every effort is taken to ensure you have a great stay at the home and the accommodations are suitable for all groups. The home is cleaned and disinfected before your arrival with attention to detail to high touch surfaces. Reports from guests concerning unfavorable conditions are addressed in a highly timely manner. Inside a home many things can occur out of the blue and at a moments notice. The water pressure in the home has been addressed by a licensed plumber and is currently working great. Note: During your stay if anything stops operating in a normal manner a phone call or message should be sent ASAP. The home has been changed over to TV streaming service in the living room and game room. The rest of the home has viewable local channels and is currently undergoing streaming service options as well. The basement is not part of the rental space offered. The home heats up very well, the thermostat should be set at a low level in an effort to moderate the system. All doors to the home have working locking mechanisms. An additional locking apparatus can also be used at the deck sliding door. Guest will find the pool table and Foosball table in working and clean condition upon arrival. The pool table is normally set up with everything needed to start a game.. The Will game system and ping pong table have been temporarily removed. If guest are interested in these amenities they should inquire upon booking the home, a small deposit may be needed for use of the WII game system. Additional temperature control measures have been implemented in the game room to ensure guests are comfortable. Upon arrival guests will find the BBQ grill is ready for use and the Hot Tub ready to go! Linen is provided for guests so no need to bring any sheets or towels.
