We really enjoyed our stay in this location and complex. The host and property manager were so great whenever we needed anything or had any questions. We spent many hours relaxing and just soaking in the view from balcony and enjoying the incredible pool facility, walks in the beach and on site restaurant. The experience had us wanting to return to the area again.

The view from the balcony is fantastic. Sun in late afternoon and sunset. The unit is just as described, beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked with needed cooking items. Takes a while for hot water to get up the 6 floors but honestly I didn’t mind a cool shower after a day of sun. Missing a few very minor amenities to make it a 5 star review. Bit of a SNAFU while we were there, My husband inadvertently closed the safe without setting the combination so that was a bit of a challenge but property management found the emergency key to open it. Phew! Bottom line, I would come back.

Lovely property. Pool and beach were great. Lots of activities just a short walk down the beach such as sea doo rentals. The restaurant on site was very good and reasonably priced. Condo was comfy and met our needs for family fun and relaxation. Felt very safe there- security was great. I definitely recommend.

We live this place! Hard to leave when everything was beautiful, relaxing pools, convenient dining and stores close by the condo. Condo was fully equipped with towels, bedding, dishes and beach items. Can’t wait to return!

Overall our stay was good. Pros: Beautiful view from the balconies . Spacious apartment for 2-4 people. Safe in master bedroom closet, lovely beach and restaurant on site has great food/ service .CONS- AC in living area needed replacement on day 3. Asked to leave the apartment . Took 6-7 hrs to fix , then needed fixing again day before we left . AC compressor outside is so loud you need to close main bathroom door, both toilets need to to open the tank and close the stoppers or the water will continue to run , no hot water in master bathroom shower, TV has no English channels and does not turn on with remotes ( had to figure that on our own). Puddle of water in front of the fridge when we arrived but didn’t leak after that, AC in living room drained so much water it drenched my husbands runners (“ so sorry” ), no cleaning service offered, door on balcony off living room does not lock , property manager responds after several times prompting . She also doesn’t answer all questions asked . Was very frustrating at times .Owner just tells you to deal with property manager. Gotta get up early to get chairs around the pool or they are gone by 9:30. VRBO says check out at 11:00 am, rule here is 10:00 am. And they follow the 10:00 am rule . Buy own toilet paper. They supply enough for a few days which is fine . No oven but a good toaster oven . Back boards are not attached to beds so very noisy getting into beds. Patio door off living room had a very high pitched squeal.

The condo unit was very comfortable and clean. We made good use of both patios off the living area and bedroom, having a BBQ was a bonus. The condo unit was well equipped with all the amenities described in the listing. The pools and beach access were convenient and the ability to enjoy a meal and drink without leaving the property was nice. Communication with the host and staff was excellent. The check in/check out process was easy.

Great location

Great view and amenities. The pools were cold but beautiful. Close to bucerias. Pool food was ok. Location was perfect for usOnly feedback was the communication while I was there wasn’t as quick as it should be. We had some issues with the lights by and wifi which I had to troubleshoot myself. We stayed for 4 nights. I also found it odd to not have toilet paper available. We had barely half a roll there and was told we needed to buy our own.

That is the reason that you have our contact information to make your staying as comfortable as you deserve. As I know you contacted my property manager to find the light switch of the master bedroom and she immediately let you know where it is. Regarding the wifi we provided you the user name and password. Obviously sometimes the sign could be lost like every places. Regarding the first necessities articles for living, we just provide you those articles in order you to arrive comfortable and give you time to go to the supermarket or convenience store. Clean apartment, as advertised. Beautiful pool and surrounding patio. Simple access to beach. Pool food was good and reasonably priced. Apartment had two patios, one equipped with very nice lounge chairs. Time of year allowed for view of gorgeous sunsets. Apartment wifi was good (some small issues). Apartment AC worked well (it was hot and humid!). Apartment couch and chair were okay, could be more comfortable. Nice big dining room table. Master bed was comfortable. Lots of beach towels and other amenities! Kitchen area was small but not really a big issue for just two of us. Onsite manager was helpful. Walk to La Comer (grocery) is 2.0km one-way. Walk to Bucerias on Greenway Path is nice. About 2.0km to southern edge of Bucerias. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Sunsets

Our stay was fantastic, the owner and property manger are very responsive. The kitchen is stocked well for cooking and lots of bedding and towels. Laundry room has coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The staff on the property are very helpful . Great location for relaxing and a short cab to night life. The restaurant is good for nights you don’t want to go anywhere.

Outside grounds and pool areas were most beautiful and immaculate. A bit isolated from amenities such as shopping, groceries and restaraunts. A good walk to Bucerias if you are mobile. Overall great for relaxing but if you are one for adventure a bit far from everywhere.

Good value for quick getaway.

We booked a last minute trip and this condo fit the bill. Booking and check in were easy. Bed was comfy. The restaurant on site has good food for those nights we didn’t want to taxi into Bucerias. There are beach chairs in the laundry room that we used on the beach and at the pool (the pool only has non adjustable tanning beds). Be aware that there is construction happening in the final phase as well as the new development next door. But that’s true of many places along this part of Nuevo. We didn’t let it bother us.

Great views! Close to everything, awesome pools!

We spent a lot of our time in Bucerias, but enjoyed the pools and beautiful beaches locally. Plenty of condo room for us. Managers were very helpful in getting us settled. Highly recommend. Awesome infinity pools, lots of chair spaces most of the day, very secure grounds.

Beautiful view, clean, great management

We just stayed for a week at this condo. The view is amazing! We did not use much of the kitchen so I cannot speak to how well stocked it is, but the refrigerator was new and clean. It is a bit of a walk to get there from the parking lot. The pools were not crowded and the infinity pool and pool right on the sand were wonderful. We did not have use of the TV for the entire week we were there because there was something wrong with the signal for the whole week apparently so that was a bit disappointing. The internet was fine, even though we did not have use of it for the first day because we were the first guests back in the apt after new flooring was put in. There are 3 individual AC units and since it was in the 90s while we were there, we had to run them because it was more like 120 on the 6th floor. Two beautiful balconies. We always felt safe. There is construction going on but it did not bother us one bit. There is a Water Jug in the unit but we did not use it because we bought our own individual bottles, but it is available. There were plenty of towels for 4 people but we had to wash them a couple of times in the unit's washer just to have clean towels, but that is part of renting a condo vs a hotel. We like having more of a home feel and there seems to be a lot of the owners living there. The check-in process was so smooth. The property manager lives right there and came over several times whenever we had a problem. We did go to the local grocery store to buy hand soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc. , but that is normal when renting a unit. The unit is not huge but it was perfect for our family of 4. The ocean was warm, calm waves, and there are cabanas on the ocean that were always open and available. I saw there was an umbrella in the laundry room but we never used it because the condo had plenty of umbrellas and shaded cabanas available at all times. There is a bar at the pool, and the drinks and service was good. They serve food as well but we did not try it as we ate out most of the time. Only about 20 mins from the airport. The only thing it could use is a better TV, as it is small & it didn't work while we were there. We like some TV down time right before bed & wanted to watch a movie with the kids. Also there was no way to get Netflix. There was not even an HDMI connection on the TV because we brought an adapter for the ipad. Overall, quiet, relaxing, loved our stay & would rent it again.

El departamento es muy lindo, tal y como se aprecia en las fotografías, con una hermosa vista y equipado con los elementos necesarios para pasar una agradable estancia. Lo único que no funcionaron fueron las lámparas para lectura instaladas en la cabecera de la cama, así como un enchufe de la sala suelto, pero exceptuando esas minucias todo lo demás excelente!! Roberto siempre atento y al pendiente con el seguimiento de nuestro hospedaje, así como Jorge y Maru, que siempre se mostraron gentiles y comprensivos. Con gusto regresaríamos. Great Location! Wonderful Pools and Beachfront.

Our family of six had a great time at this condo in Nuevo Vallarta. The pools were fantastic and the beach was phenomenal. The condo was large enough for our family and included the basics that we needed to enjoy our stay.

Very nice condo

The condo is a relaxing place to stay. The wall to wall windows over looking the pool and ocean are spectacular. The apartment is stocked with everything you will need, including the kitchen. Robertos contact with us was done very well.

We are a diversified family, whose origins are Mexican, Ecuadorian and American, nothing like a real American Pot to mix it all up, we live in Houston-TX and travel to Mexico for family visits all the time, we are Catholic FOOTBALL FANS!, kids are in their teens and go to Catholic Schools, we are nature and dog lovers, but overall we love the fact that we can share this property with you.

If you close your eyes and you wish to see an amazing sunset, mountains and the smell of the Pacific breeze, that is what you will experience when you visit this property. It blew our mind away the very first time we saw it and we fell in love with Acqua immediately.

We loved the fact that its a waterfront property, you come out of the pristine swimming pools and you are right in the beach!, the minimalist and modern architecture of the place is unique, the fact that it has wall to wall windows, it allows to enjoy the amazing view at any time.
