Wunderschöne und neue Wohnung befindet sich in der Mitte des Arts District am West Broad neben dem Quirk Hotel, in der Nähe des Jefferson Hotels, des Graduate Hotels und des Richmond Police Headquarters, nur wenige Minuten von VCU und MCV entfernt, mit einer neuen Pulse-Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Condo Annehmlichkeiten gehören Waschmaschine / Trockner, Klimaanlage, Granit, Edelstahl-Geräte, polierte Betonböden, hohe Decken, neuer Aufzug, gesicherter Zugang, Videoüberwachungskameras alle Eingänge. Wenn Sie eine erstklassige Innenstadtlage suchen, sind Sie hier genau richtig!

Good location

The apartment was great, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I was worried it might be noisy since it faces the street but noise was not an issue. When we first pulled into the back parking lot we thought the area might be a little sketchy but that’s not the case at all. It is a very safe area, lots of young adults walking around in the evening just enjoying the area. We paid to park in the back lot and it was 8 a day- you have to be mindful to keep renewing your space- it only allows 24 hours??( I think) at time. Definitely a convenient location with plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops with in walking distance.

This place was in a perfect location; just a few minutes walk to VCU and in a vibrant and artistic neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. I place itself was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Central Location

We had meetings at the convention center. It was a great place to stay that was walkable with plenty of restaurants close by. It was so nice to spread out in an apartment and not be in a hotel room for 5 days. I highly recommend!

Great base for a conference

The suite was a prefect base for the conference I was attending just down Broad Street. I enjoyed the coffee shops and the restaurants in the area. It was really great to check out all the murals too!

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The property is clean and has good amenities. Parking is a bit of a pain but the staff helped us figure it out.

Everything was fine with a few - unfortunate circumstances

Everything went well with my stay. There were no issues with the room or the staff. There were a few inconveniences. Parking was frustrating. There is nowhere to park without having to pay via app. And you have to do so every 24 hours. Not too big of an issue. The location was the main issue. On several instances when leaving the building I was asked for money by a few of the "locals" that linger around the building and in the general area. I was kept up in the evening by these same "locals" who you can hear shouting on the street. The walls seem to be thin. I know this property can't control those things - but i think renters should be aware of the area the property is located in. Without this issue I would gladly give 5 stars.

Fantastic experience!

Mark was a wonderful host! I stayed for 5 nights and the locations was awesome. Quick trip to anywhere I wanted to go. The condo was modern, extremely clean, parking was easy and the property was very comfortable! I would highly recommend this property!

Great Stay

Wonderful stay! Clean, nice apartment. Very quiet building with a lot of walkable places to check out. Coffee shop across the street with great food and a roof top bar next door. Would definitely stay again. 😊 The only downside was that the parking lot costs 20$ a day to park, and it’s very hard to find any free parking.

Really nice apartment

My husband and I wanted to spend a few days exploring downtown Richmond and this apartment checked all the boxes. It is very nicely decorated, was very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. The building is safe, the downtown neighborhood was very walkable. The owner goes that little extra mile in leaving bottled water, snacks and coffee and filters for you. The linens are provided and are of good quality. I would definitely stay here again.
